you always hated the morning. the way the sun shone on your eyes and immediately made them hurt─not only that but it was also something that reminded you about something you absolutely hated.

school.

and here you were, groggily making your way towards the dreadful place. walking towards your locker, you had zero energy to make sure you didn't bump into anyone. the only thing you wanted was for the day to end so you could go home and relax.

yet once you opened your locker, you were visited by a site you weren't expecting to see. pink petals having fallen from your locker as your brows were knitted with confusion.

who put this bouquet in your locker?

you questioned yourself, eyeing the soft pink flowers that made you feel warm. shutting your eyes as you took a whiff of it's scent, a small smile making its way to your lips.

yet later on, you noticed the paper placed in the middle of the flowers huddled together.

you weren't exactly sure of how to feel about the gift, a small frown now having been etched into your face. you were having mixed feelings about his sudden action.

nonetheless, you decided to keep the bouquet instead of throwing it away. it was a pretty one after all.

"hi y/n!" you flinched, surprised from hearing someone call out your name.

you turn and were visited by the site of collei and tighnari next to her. "oh," your lips formed a smile, "hey guys."

"good morning." tighnari wished you whilst grinning. "i have this small cacti for you." he said, rummaging through his bag and pulling out the plant and handing it to you. "i wanted to give this to you since you don't really look like you're feeling good nowadays."
