"Is everything alright Lappland? You've been pretty erratic these past few days." Doctor and Lappland were walking through the halls looking for Exusiai. Each step echoed down the long corridors. "You can tell me and I'll help you." The Doctor said empathetically.

Lappland remained silent at first, her eyes fixed on Doctor's face as if she was sizing him up. "No, there's nothing wrong, I'm just finally getting my head straight after so long." That wasn't a convincing answer. "Besides Doctor, you shouldn't fix what's not broken."

"Are you sure? If there is anything wrong then I can help you, I've helped other operators with their problems before. Similarly, with training-" She let out a bitter laugh, "You're just like the rest of them huh? You want to fix me, control me, just like they did."

Doctor shook his head, trying to reason with her. "Of course not. I'm just trying to help!"

Lappland was already beyond reason. She suddenly pulled out her sword, pointing it at Doctor. "I won't let you control me," she snarled. "I won't let anyone control me."

"Lappland, what's going on? Put down the sword." The doctor cried out in distress.

But Lappland just laughed a manic sound that made Doctor's blood run cold. "I don't think so, Doctor. I'm tired of playing by the rules. I want what's mine, and I'll do whatever it takes to get it. Starting with you."

She was beyond any hope of turning back from the path of destruction she'd set herself on.

Just as it seemed like Lappland was about to strike, there was a sudden burst of heat in the hallway as someone called out to him. "Doctor!" An operator was at the end of the hallway. It was Blaze.

Lappland hesitated for a split second, and that's all Blaze needed to get in between her and Doctor.

"Blaze!" He shouts.

Blaze bursts into action. "Get behind me! I'll handle her."

For a moment, there's a tense standoff, with Lappland on one side, and Blaze on the other. Finally, with a snarl of rage, Lappland turns and bolts out of the hallway, realizing that she is no match for a burning feline such as Blaze. Her sword clattered as she exited.

Lappland sprinted through the corridors of Rhodes Island, her white hair streaming behind her like a banner of war. She was in a frenzy, her eyes wide and unblinking, her breaths coming in ragged gasps. Furious at the opposition from Blaze. As she ran, she lashed out at anyone who crossed her path, attacking them with her sword and leaving them wounded and bleeding on the ground.

The other operators scrambled to get out of her way, their eyes wide with fear and shock. They all ran inside rooms trying to escape the rampage.

As she ran, she came across a group of operators who had been gathered in the hallway, talking in hushed tones unknowing of what had happened earlier. Without hesitation, Lappland charged toward them, her sword glinting in the dim light. She raised it to strike, causing them to flee avoiding her blade but some weren't as lucky.

Lappland was too fast. She swung her sword wildly, cutting a deep gash in one operator's arm and slashing another across the chest. Blood sprayed across the hallway, and Lappland let out a manic laugh.

Having attacked multiple operators along the way, her sword flashing out at anyone who dared to get in her way, she had made it to the rooftop. Lappland was leaving behind a trail of destruction and chaos, and no one knew how to stop her.

Swiping her keycard against the door prompted it to open. The door read Roof Access. Lappland climbed the yellow ladder and came out to the top. Finally arriving at the roof, there was a breeze that instantly hit her. It was midday already, the sun was high in the sky causing great warmth to spread all over her body. A feeling very different from the cold air of Rhodes Island's inner facilities.
