Ch-7 Optimistic Occasion

Wednesday was ready within minutes. Said temporary goodbyes to things in her home and got in their family car. She was once again accompanied by her family on her way to Nevermore. Again.

Gomez : You look beautiful my queen (kisses Morticia's hand)

Morticia : *blushes*

Wednesday : You know you didn't have to accompany me. It's not my first time there anymore

Morticia : *sigh* Darling we know but we just can't refuse a journey to Nevermore. That place is a core memory for me and your father (turns to Gomez and smiles pleasingly)

Gomez : (kisses Morticia's hand. Again) Oh yes how can we ever forg-

Wednesday : You don't even let us forget. And Mother, yes I do know the fact that, that place is special to you...

Morticia : So you do understand *smiles*

Wednesday : But what's the excuse for Pugsley? (turns to look back at Pugsley)

Pugsley : Uhm.... emotional support?

Morticia : He's your little brother, Wednesday and you know how much he misses you when you are gone. He just wants to send you off

Wednesday : He should learn to control his emotions. It makes him weak and prone to all dangers

Gomez : I'm sure he will change and become braver and stronger, my little viper. And I know it. You don't need to worry...

Morticia : *smiles* (kisses Gomez)

Wednesday : *sigh* (shuts her eyes)

After what seemed like a very long journey they finally reached Nevermore. It seemed like everyone was already there. Wednesday scanned the premises for any sight of someone she knew. As she looked around, someone tapped on her shoulder. She quickly turned to face the person who did that. It was none other than Enid. With a big smile on her face, Enid goes into hugging Wednesday

Enid : O.M.G you look stunning

Wednesday : It's exactly what you are wearing but in black. It's also not my first time wearing it

Enid : I just wanted to compliment you

Morticia : Hello there. You must be Wednesday's friend. I'm Morticia Addams

Enid : Yes, yes I am. You're Wednesday's mom. I have heard so much about you. I'm Enid Sinclair

Morticia : Pleasure to meet you Enid. I'm happy to meet one of Wednesday's friends

Enid : I could say the same 

Morticia : *smiles* We'll let you two go on now. Enjoy with your friends Wednesday

Enid : Oh looks like the reopening ceremony is about to start. Lets go meet the new principal and our new dorm mom!

Enid pulls Wednesday into a large crowd inside the Quad. There was a woman standing in the middle on a wooden podium with people surrounding her. There was also a man standing next to her

Woman : WELCOME and welcome back students of Nevermore Academy! I'm Tara Walker, your new dorm mom and this right here is your new principal, sir, please introduce yourself

Man : Goodmorning Nevermore. I'm Daniel Marron but you can call me Principal Marron. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you

Just as he said those words his eyes locked on Wednesday. He smirked and continued his speech

Daniel : A few months ago, many people had been k*lled by a Hyde. Including k*lling one of our Nevermore student and also injuring one severely. Your former principal, Ms Weems was k*lled by Nightshade poisoning. All of this took place in here in Nevermore, which makes this place dangerous but we assure you that, we WILL make this place safer for all of you and make sure you will NEVER face a tragedy like last time again....

Tara : Now, this year we have many new students coming in. I hope all you get along with your peers and your seniors. I also hope there won't be another chaos like last time. People lost loved ones...Well I hope this year will be better for you all.

Tara : Classes will start tomorrow onwards so today is all about mingling and having fun with your friends and families. You guys must have missed each other. Go ahead and have fun everyone

Enid : YES finally! Come on Wednesday let's go find the others

Wednesday : Presumably Ajax..

Enid : *blushes*

As Enid dragged Wednesday to help her find Ajax and others. Someone called out to them.
