We see as the Arima squad walks in the underground behemoth that is the 24th ward while on the journey down they had to kill several ghouls who tried to attack them as they get to the middle of the 24th ward they look around to really see how the 24th wards works
Koori:it's a madness down here
Arima:they have no where else to go all they could do now is kill each other and get stronger
Hairu:they are savages that deserve to be killed
Koori:it's best for everyone involved
Arima said nothing but keep walking
Hairu:but if it means killing this Kyuubi then count me in I can't wait to see what his quinque would look like

Kaito:so inorder for us to have our cage broken he must die

Kaito then looks around all of the 24th ward and looks back to where the Arima squad once's was only to find them gone
Eto:if we are to start a revolution we have to live to start it now let's go
Eto try's to move Kaito but he didn't budge as he looks around he realizes something
Kaito:or we could start it right now

Kaito:the 24th ward has the most amount of ghoul in all of Tokyo we begin our revolution here

As the words came out of Kaito mouth Eto felt her world shift as if someone had drugged her and the words span in a endless cycle of spins
