Is it true that someday, hatred will bring us to love? How is it even possible when the heart is wounded with the worst human sickness? When you said you hate a person, does it mean you never like everything about him or her? Again, how it is possible for you to like or love the person in other way? Feeling confuse and meet the blunt end answer? This was truly happened to Jennie. She often said she hates Lisa but does she really hate her? What if someday she will fall for Lisa? Does it make sense? She never thought she will involve into this kind of bizarre relationship. Date a woman? What kind of game did she chose to join in the first place? The intention of seeking a shortcut to a better living led her into a complete new chapter of her life. Stuck with the agreement that sealed them together and yet forced to fake everything for the sake of half million dollars, she knew she couldn't turn back time neither retract everything.

Back to her current situation, both of them were heading home after they spent some time at the ice cream store. If she knew Lisa would do "The kiss", she never ask the woman for her ice cream. Never did she think Lisa would bravely kiss her in public even if it was just a kiss on the cheeks. Jennie remembered vividly how people stare at them with various reaction. Some smiled sheepishly and others just pretend did not notice. One thing that Jennie sure, no one threw their disgust look at them.

The public cab that they took still moving slowly on the congested road. It's a norm of the city life where the traffic was often and forever bad - stuffed with various kind of vehicles. The weekend added the worst part to it too because most citizen were actually going out for some urban activities such as shopping to the mall or at least, strolling around the city despite knowing it would be hectic and stuffed with people. Glancing to Lisa who was actually sitting next to her, Jennie noticed that the woman is grinning like a lunatic, somewhat daydreaming since they boarded into the cab. Sometimes Lisa shook her head as if she was trying to deny the thought in her mind and it eventually irritate Jennie who is actually watching her from time to time.

"Why are you smiling and grinning like an idiot?" Jennie asked.

As Jennie expected, Lisa shifted her gaze to her with wide grin plastered to her face. "Nothing. Maybe I'm just happy." Lisa said.

"And why are you holding my hand?" Jennie dropped her sight to their intertwined hand. It was the second reason why she felt irritated with Lisa.

"Can't I hold my fiancee's hand?" Lisa asked. The wide green subside into a warm smile that Jennie never seen before. It was so beautiful and tender with a warm emotion. It's love.

"What has gotten into you?" Worriedly Jennie reached out her hand to Lisa's forehead,  checking the rise in her temperature if its possible.

"Hey, I'm fine." Lisa chuckled. "I'm trying to be sweet." She added.

"Seriously Lisa, are you sick? We can go to the nearest clinic." Jennie said and ready to tell the taxi driver to change their direction.

Seeing Jennie's immediate reaction, Lisa came up to confirm that she doesn't need a doctor. "I'm fine. Let's go home."

"Uh, alright.. I'll just get you your pills when we reach home." Jennie's brows arched into it's perfect shape of confusion.

"Do you really need to hold my hand like this?" Again, Jennie diverted her eyes to their hands. It seems like Lisa don't want to let it go.

"Why?" Lisa asked.

"Because my fingers started to feel numb, you stupid! Do you know how firm your grip on my hand?" Jennie snapped in irritation. Her other free hand made it's way to Lisa's head and smack it.
