Mystery and Monsters

Chapter 5

 From where we left off, our heroes had just arrived at Bone Island.

As the MWOODA team stepped off the airship, they were greeted by a new face.

"My name is Bronco, I am a Clackula and velcome to Bone Island," this new monster introduced themselves in a thick Russian accent, similar to the accent of  a Maw they helped before.

"Hello, we are-" was cut off by the Clackula in front of them, "I know who you are, I just vant to check if you arrived safely before sending you to my boss."

Gravel continued, "Um, ok, but we want to know if you are who you say you are." The entire team eyed the stranger suspiciously as the monster in front of them stuttered trying to answer. "Um, Actually......THE JIG IS UP! NOW BOYS!"

Mabel whipped out her Taser and shot at the Clackula, electrocuting him just as a Noggin, a Peckidna and a familiar Kayna jumped out from hiding.

All the civilians ran in different directions, luckily away from the crossfire. Meanwhile Chilza pulled out a small icicle and threw it like a spear. "I knew those makeshift weapons would come in handy! HAHAHAHA!" he cackled as he threw more at their enemies.

Gravel sprouted thorns over his tentacles as Mabel signed a message which Chilza translated, "SHE SAYS TO NOT HIT VESUVIUS! REMEMBER THAT HE IS IMPORTANT!" He continued to attack the Noggin by hitting it with his icicles, "I'm mad of rock, you idio-OW!" The Noggin was cut off by an icicle hitting his knuckles. Flora came from behind Chilza and tied the Noggin up with a vine. "That should do it, the Peckidna surrendered when Gravel hit him with a thorn and his birds flew away."

But Vesuvius quickly ran over a bridge connecting Bone island to Seasonal Shanty, burning it and escaping from the team.

"DAMMIT, we lost him guys," Vlad said dejectedly while also drinking some blood from the Peckidna. Gravel warned him, "Stop it Vlad, he is a Suspect and blood loss will kill him. "

"NO, ME AND NOGS WERE PAID TO HELP HIM MOVE TWO BOXES TO ETHEREAL ISLAND, A RED AND A YELLOW ONE, I SWEAR!" the Peckidna begged for mercy while the team realize what he just said. He took the Wubboxes to ethereal, Mabel signed franticly. "Ok, everyone on the ship,"

Gravel commanded while Chilza threw the two suspects into the void, "Fun Fact: when you throw a monster or item perfectly north of the Bone island's Coast, it will be transported to the thumpieverse," Chilza informed the two monsters, both of them looked at each other worryingly.

"Bye Bye," these were the last words the two fugitives heard before they fell into the thumpieverse. Chilza followed his friends into the ship, now heading to ethereal island.

Some hint to the next two chapters, chapter 6 will describe their lives before the agency
