When Layla is going home for Christmas to go to her bestfriend, Jaydens wedding. She told her family she was dating someone. Will she be able to find a date before the wedding? For that she'd need a Christmas Miracle
I am finally leaving to go back to California. My flight is tomorrow so I have to spend all of today packing.
Just as I was about to leave I almost forgot the most important thing. The reason I'm going back to California. I finally finished college at NYC university. I'm planning on buying a house with my boyfriend. Things might change. Soon as long as he says Yes we will be engaged.
The flight feels so long. Probably because I plan on proposing tonight at the beach where we had our first date. The noise of the plane landing snapped me back to reality. I was so excited to finally see Theo again. It's only been a couple months. The longest ones of my life. I see him and he runs over and jumps up and hugs me. I give him a kiss then he held my hand and we walked to the car.
It's so nice to see him in person again the drive home is an hour. I honestly don't know how I'm gonna convince him to go to the beach tonight. I ask, "Honey can we go to the beach tonight for a picnic?" He responded, "I was going to ask the same thing." That's good then I can finally propose. I've know him my whole life and we have been dating for five years.
We get home and he starts making mac and cheese. He is such a good cook. I missed his homemade meals. We watched our favorite shows we got lost and it was 10. He said, " let's go on the picnic." We start walking and then he asked if I could close my eyes. I did. And he brought me over. I open my eyes and see.

He walks me to the heart and says, "I've loved you my whole life. I can't imagine a world without you. I wish words could describe how much I love you but they can't so..." He got down on one knee, " Jayden will you make me the happiest man alive. Will you marry me?" I say, "you took the words out of my mouth." "Yess a million times yes." I get down on one knee and tell him, " I wanted to ask you the same thing but they always say soulmates have a special connection." We put on each other's ring.
The next day we ask when we should do the wedding. We think a Christmas wedding will be perfect. I call my best friend Natalie telling her the news and giving her the invite.
