A Taekook One-shot

Confessions are never easy especially when it's about confessing your love to someone you've known for a long time. The fear of rejection is so big some don't even confess and lose their chance. But some people are brave and confident enough to go through with it and the comeout is sometimes good.

"Taehyung ! Hey wait up man " Jungkook said catching up to the boy. School had just ended and Jungkook wanted to know what was up with him.

" oh hey Jungkook what's up" Taehyung cleary not wanting to talk to the other but couldn't walk off because he didn't want to seem rude.

" What's up with you lately? You're distant and sometimes I get the feeling you don't even want to be in the same room as me , have I done something wrong?" Jungkook worried he said or did something to upset him.

" oh nah man you didn't do anything wrong I just got a lot on my mind and I'm sorry if it seems like I'm distant" Taehyung trying to end the conversation quickly not wanting to be near Jungkook any longer

" Oh well you I'm here for you , that's friends are for right? And if you need space I understand I'll respect that " Jungkook wanting to know more but not wanting to make the boy more uncomfortable than he looks

" Hey look I gotta go but I'll see you tomorrow in advisory?" Taehyung just wanted to end the conversation and go home , being around Jungkook in school was hard enough

" Oh yeah I'll see you tomorrow then but remember I'm here if you need someone no homo though " Jungkook spoke trying to lift the other's mood

" yeah no homo...." With that Taehyung started to walk away without looking back knowing if he did he would say something he would regret

** next morning **

' ahhh fuck it I'm just going to tell him that I like him and get over it and if he rejects me then I'll I'll have to deal with it ." Taehyung  thought as he was heading to school

" Hey Jin have you seen Jungkook? I need to talk to him" Taehyung was determined to confess today whether it ended in him getting rejected or not

" oh yeah he and brandon went behind the school to talk about something,  I think they're still talking " Jin said pointing in the direction the boys were at

"Oh thanks man" getting more nervous Taehyung wants to back out but doesn't because he can't live with the feeling of being confused and conflicted with his feelings

Taehyung nearing the back of the school he heard voices he recognized but as he got closer something made him stop

" Jimin I just want you to know when I say this I'm not playing and in all seriousness I like you and want to go out with you " Jungkook spoke making Taehyung's heart drop to his stomach

Both him and Jungkook were waiting for Jimin's response

" I don't know what to say to that Leonel are you being one hundred percent serious?" Jimin asked thinking he's being  pranked on

" like I said I'm being hella serious... so what do you say ? You wanna go out with me? Jungkook nervously and impatiently asked

" if we go out we'll have to do it in secret understand?" Jimin looked Jungkook straight in the eyes

" of course whatever you want , so it that a yes?" Jungkook was getting excited at the thought of his crush going out with him , it didn't matter that it was in secret

" yeah I'll go out with you Kook" with those words leaving Jimin mouth two things happened

Jungkook was the happiest he's ever been and couldn't control his excitement

In the other hand Taehyung's heart had just been broke without his knowledge tears had already started to fall all could do was turn around and leave, that's exactly what he did

He didn't even stop at the school he just wanted to be home and alone. Thoughts clouded his mind and crying was the only thing he could do

Once he reached his home he locked himself and cried endlessly

I haven't been active since forever and I hope to keep on writing, I made this a while ago about two guys in my class as a joke 💀 and I forgotten about it till now but anyways hope yall enjoyed!❤️
