Reiner's POV:
Ooh...his body---his absss- No. nonono I gotta focus on carrying this enormous surfboard...I'm gonna die if I drop it...that things gonna smash me into a pancake...uh-oh. why...am I remembering this right NOW-
I served him some pancakes and he ate it quickly enjoining the food. I decided to ask him what he was dreaming of this morning. "What we're you dreaming of this morning while you were asleep?" He looked at me, wide-eyes, and dropped his fork. Then he was silent for a moment...but then he whispered hesitantly, with a slight blush on his cheek (that's what I saw when I looked at him) and said "I-I had a dream of having...sex wiiith s-someone..." I knew who he was talking about, and I felt myself get warm. No, not right now...I kept eating trying not to make any eye contacts with him-
"Laina~*! Are you in there??? Lai~lai!" Yaba*! I almost forgot that I was carrying a surfboard...I focus my gaze to the direction of the cute-nonono I mean, familiar voice and he was waving his hands in front of my face, checking if I was still there. "Yes, I'm here Bert. My arms are getting sore...let's hurry and put these on the sand before my arms dies." Which is true. my arms...are getting sore from holding it for a long time---Wait. Did. He. Just. Call. Me. "Laina~"and"Lai~lai"...
"REIIINEEERRR WHY DO YOU KEEP GOING TO HEAVEN...a-and why are you blus-" "Let's go! My arms!" I cut him off---Oh. my god. hell no. I was blushing!? towards him---AND HE NOTICED...I mean, He's cute (wtf)...and caring...but but but but That's kinda awkward right? Ummm...(???)
OH YEA SURFBOARDS...MY ARMS...
"Phew-finally...It took so long because 'someone' was dazing off..." he mentions as he looks at the boards laid down by the shore line, then at me...His eyes...I roll my eyes. Waittt...maybe I can see if he likes me...? Cuz he kept staring at me while driving here and idk why-but he keeps blushing on topics about me...But why am I thinking this? Is my brain cells going nuts again? eh, nvm...I don't care if I look weird. I need to know. I stare at his charming...wha-(!?) what did I just say!? Anyways,...eyes while I respond,
"Yeaaa...because I got lost in 'someone's' beautiful green eyes..."
and make this face: 😏
*Laina~ is the Japanese way of pronouncing Reiner and Lai~lai is just like how Reiner called him Bertie (Nickname) to get attention.
