Turquoise-hearted doll.

By: Crystal Dreams

Prologue: Birth

One who saves no one will never be saved... one who can't save themselves will never save others...those who save themselves will never save others... those who save others will never be saved... why? Why are we like this? I guess that will never change.

As the darkness grows. It gets lonely. He takes a book off of the shelve. He looks through it. homunculus? He smiles to himself. Something made by me would never betray me like everyone before it right? I guess I'll make something like this. The process isn't the best. No one would like that.

Hmm if only there were a different way. Golems hmm dolls. Ah, I could use living wood. Making a doll would work. Changing it to be more flesh-like so that it would feel nicer. Now I just need something that can move. I need a woman to work with me to get this right. Hmm, the redhead is always willing to do anything for me. I would her blood. My blood. And our hair.

If I'm careful. I can make it completely obedient, unlike a real child. It would need something to be like a soul... oh a philosopher's stone. Ha, foreigners' works are so strange. So underdeveloped. Well, some of their ideas are interesting. A magic red stone. Hmm ah so then is it made with crystallized blood? That would make sense. The life force of a human. I could make a love potion.

A love potion a blood crystal and wood. Hmm. I could go find a crystal in the ground somewhere. The pools around that place have plenty I could use that. He closed the book. And left to make the preparations. A skilled craftsman makes his human-sized doll. A crystal from the cave deep under the ground. The woman's blood on one of her hair. His blood is one of his hairs. Putting the blood into the crystal. He heated it. charged it with power.

He put his power into it. a god and demon took notice of his work. One wished to play a trick on the man. The other saw the future and smiled reading a book on how to complete his desire. Knowing that what he was about to make was something he would have never expected. The energy of the demon and god mixed. The women's and man's energy mixed as well.

The man found the book. He found the spring of magic water... it was filled with fluoride. He collected it. burned bone making a powder. Then put the charcoal into the crystal with the blood. And the bone powder. Boiling it in the water. Then after a while, he put in a sulfur and mercury mixture. A charbon charged mask on his face to not die to the poison in the air. Then he put it in a new pot mixed with gold, silver, lapis lazuli, and turquoise in different water salt water. Boiling this as well. Then he took the white water. And the blue water was mixed with sugar. The blood is still in there. Then he took it somewhere colder than his home. Freezing the water.

He left it in his cave pagoda. Leaving two naturally occurring magnets next to it. not knowing the god and demon also left blood within his creation. The demon knew he wanted something obedient. God knows the fated child that would be born of this. The top of the cave was open enough to let sun and moonlight in. before it could freeze the woman that loved the man put a diamond from her ring in it. casting a spell. May this child love her and the man as their child. And never steal that man's love from her.

The wooden doll that the stone was meant to inhabit. Was finished in the next few days. The stone was blue and diamond-like and came from the water. It was bigger than the diamond that had been placed within it. the beautiful turquoise translucent gem was then placed in the doll. Was it left for half a year? For the first week, the man checked it daily but after no changes at first. He buried himself in his study trying to find out what had gone wrong. The wood of the doll grow as he wasn't looking.
