Chapter 2:The Storm's wrath

3rd POV

Outside of Azur Lane base

Two girls are standing on a rock looking over the base.

???:"Ready when you are 'Phoenix'. Just say the word

'Phoenix':"Tell me, Kaga, what is fundamental nature of battle?

Kaga:"Sister Akagi, please, use my codename."

Akagi:"To Battle is to inflict injury.Battle also Invites injury. Therefore a battle is mutual exchange of pain."

Akagi then gets closer to kaga

Akagi:"Pain is also an interpreter, helping us understand eachother's feelings. So you could say when we battle, we share love."

Kaga then stands up looking at the base, while the wind blows slightly both shipgirls' tails and kimonos.

Kaga:"None of that poetry has anything to do with your question of war."Kaga then narrows her eyes. "I battle to destroy my enemies. Plain and simple"

Thunderclouds start forming behind them and Akagi stands up while holding a black cube pulsing with pruple energy. Siren carriers, batleships and cruisers start forming behind them.

Akagi:"Well then, now we have waitied long enough tobegin this war."

Meanwhile in the office

Wales:"The Sirens are on their way! Intercept them! This is not a drill!

Several shipgirls:"Right!"

Cleveland then looks at the outside and she sees the base being in flames and planes flying everywhere. She then runs out of the office

Wales:"Why are the Sirens attacking now? What horrible timing. Coincidence or not?

Illustrious:"No. I don't believe that this is a coincidence."

Outside

Cleveland is running to the docks while evading siren jets

Cleveland:"Cleveland, knight of the seas ready."

She then jumps and the ship dissapears into Wisdom cubes and little later, her rigging appears and she shoots down a siren jet.

Cleveland:"How's that? We were developed as the ultimate weapons, powerful enough to take you sirens down." After she said that a siren jet releases missiles, which miss Cleveland and she shoots down the jet.

Cleveland:"We've got the abilities of the strongest warships embedded in our bodies. In other words, it's over!"

Several more planes start approaching the main docks of the base

Javelin:"Javelin, ready to fight!"

Laffey:"USS Laffey conditions green, go."

Then both Javelin and Laffey shoot down several jets incoing to them.

Meanwhile

3 km. from the base

Olympus Mons was sailing to the base and we can see him sitting in the captain's chair looking at the map.

Olympus:"This is taking way to long. I have to get to the base. Wait a minute... I see smoke from the base, that could only mean...THE BASE IS UNDER ATTACK?! No more screwing around, engage Airborne mode and prepare for an atmpshphere jump.

Olympus:"Drop in 3...2...1...Now!" Then the ship warps into hyperspeed.

A/N:Olympus can do an atmosphere jump, which makes him travel 50 000 meters per second or 180 000 km/h, but include the warping in and out. btw I don't know how to insert videos here, so I am going to say when to insert music or sound effect and which one.
