Jennie's pov

We reached the hospital and there goes the intimidating kim jisoo, spotting people bow low to the ground when her presence is implied is just as enough to know that she has a hold of authority here too and when that happens everywhere, you know that she has power everywhere.

"Jennie, your grandmother will be fine" her voice and her words which are trying to give me solace, her concerned look just for my state makes me feel giddy.

Wait, what am i thinking and feeling ?

"Ill make sure your grandmother is taken care well with the best of doctors and equipments" Jisoo said.

"Let's meet the doctor now"

She walks as i reprimand myself for having indecent thoughts, but as we go near the doctor's cabin, i feel that i'll be recieving something which can never be taken back, something taken from my end which will never be recieved back.

No, not this time, not my grandmother.....

"Jennie are you okay?"

"Yes iam...."

"Look jennie, if you dont want to do this then i suggest you dont. I already heard what the doctor said, your grandmother is just fine and no risks for life. She is going to be kept in observation for some days and we can take her back when she feels like it and all this is because apparantly she had some shock due to the sudden attack, doctors say that she will take some time to recover"

"I'll try my best to see her jisoo, i want to see her"

"Okay then"
Thats the last thing she said before holding my hand and interlinking them.

"Looked like you needed to squeeze something hard other than your hand"
She tried a joke in attempt to lighten the mood since i assume she sensed something is wrong with my behavior.

As soon as her hard, rough hand interlinks with mine... butterflies find their way towards my stomach and trying to do their job in keeping me occupied.

The feel kept me soo occupied that i didnt realise we were outside my grandmother's room. She held my hand and turned my head with her injured hand, making me look at her.

"Remember that she is alright though it doesnt seem like it...."

It doesnt seem like it....... what does she mean?

I peep through the hole to see her. Her body looked completely pale and lifeless. Couldnt see her breathing process, it looked like as if thousand rounds of trips were taken.

My Tears start to shed. It was really hard to see her in this state.

"Jisoo, please take my somewhere else. Anyother place is fine"

Hey jennie, jen.... look at me. Nothing is wrong with her, the situation is just what i said earlier. Im here with you, okay?. Ill take you elsewhere, dont cry"

"Can you take me home jisoo"

"Sure thing jennie. Look into my eyes"

Her eyes when locked with mine sends electrocuted sensations around my body. I could hear her mutter sweet nothings to calm me down but it goes unfocused because her gaze had my focus. We walked to a bench near us as she made me sit there and offered me a bottle of water. I noticed her old wounds and saw that they are still untreated.

She looks at me with concern and worry, assures me that she will be there and that nothing will happen to grandmother. My hopes raise as she says that she will not let anything happen to her and that she will return in good condition.
