Pop opened the door to Koichi's house and walked in with Bakugou following her.

"Oh you're here Koichi" Pop said taking off her shoes along with Bakugou, "sure am, because I live here" he said.

"Yeah yeah, do you got anything to drink?" She asked opening his fridge, she then spotted pudding and licked her lips as she grabbed it and noticed that there was also some yogurt in their and gave it to Bakugou who took it with no fuss.

"So whatcha doing?" She asked as she ate some pudding, "ripped my hoodie so I'm mending it" he said, Bakugou leaned over to see how he was doing and sighed.

"You're not even doing it right give it here" Bakugou said as he put his yogurt down and started to stitch his hoodie.

Koichi chuckled, "why not just buy something sturdier?" Pop asked, "because it's the officially licensed All Might merchandise y'know wearing it makes me more confident" Koichi explained.

"Make sense to me" Pop said taking another spoonful of pudding, "oh" Koichi said as he stared at Pop making her blush a bit.

"I was actually planning on having that pudding myself" he said and Pop blushed.

"N-Not like you said I couldn't have it" she stuttered with her face red, "try writing your name on it next time if it freaking matters so much" she snapped.

"Ah ha no it's fine you seriously cannot back down from a fight can you?" Koichi chuckled, "what! You don't have the right to talk to me that way" she growled.

"Sorry sorry, I'll just be sure to pick up some tasty snacks for you next time" he laughed, "that is not what this is about!" She yelled as Bakugou handed Koichi his hoodie.

"Hmph you seem pretty tightfisied to start with, trying to mend every little tear in that lame hoodie" Pop said.

"It's not lame!" Koichi snapped surprising Pop and Bakugou.

"I'll let that other stuff slide but I'm not going to let you get away with that one" he growled.

"Besides its not cheap either! This merchandise is marketed to the ultimate fanboys" he said as he opened a drawer revealing a shit load of All Might merchandise.

"They put out a new special edition each year, and the only two I'm missing is from 5 years ago The silver age edition and the golden age edition with the established color scheme" he smirked.

"You're only missing two?" Pop asked, "yeah I gave it to somebody or somebodies" he replied back.

"The truth is up through middle school I was dead serious about becoming a hero, I signed up for the entrance exam to get into a hero course in a high school here in Tokyo"

"But the morning of the exam"

"WAAH crap I'm going to be late!" Koichi said sprinting, "wasn't the train station this way? These Tokyo streets are confusing as heck!" He said looking at his phone for directions.

"This is bad some kid is drowning!" Koichi heard and looked behind him, he sighed "I don't have the time but" Koichi then took off his clothes and jumped in the river.

"I am here!" He yelled loudly as he landed in the freezing cold water.

"Gyaah! So cold, the currents raging going to drown!" He said but then stood up.

"oh I can just stand up"

He then grabbed the child and made it back on top of the street.

"Ahh I'm so cold!" He said as people were heating him up with their quirks, "hey does anyone have my hoodie?" He asked, "right here!" A lady said bringing it to him.

"Not for me! For the kid!" He said putting it on them.

He then got dressed and quickly rode a bike, "GAH the exam!"

"So, I ended up late so I couldn't take the exam!" He chuckled, "what about the other hoodie?" Pop asked curious.

"Oh yeah that too, well you see"

"This was more recent, you see I was practicing with my quirk still acting as Mr nice guy until"

"Hey is that blood?" Koichi asked himself as he looked at the river, he bent down examining it before screaming.

"It is blood! Is somebody injured?" He asked himself looking up the stream and following the blood.

He then spotted a body floating down the river which made him scream again, he gulped quickly taking off his clothes and diving in.

"Gosh I'm so lucky this river is peaceful and not raging" he said as he grabbed the boy in the water.

He quickly pulled him out, "hey are you okay!?" He asked but the kid was unresponsive, he quickly listened for a heartbeat but nothing that's not good.

He quickly called an amubalance and did CPR, "come on kid don't die on me!" He yelled, the ambulance was going to be here in a few minutes but he didn't know if they would make it in time to save this kid!

It looked like he injured his head leaving him with a pretty bad concussion, he had cuts and scrapes all over his body he also had some life threatening cuts that needed stitches, he also had a few bruises on his back shit who did this to this poor kid!?

The kid then coughed up a mouthful of water, "oh good your alive" Koichi said as the kid got up, "don't worry the ambulance is going to be here soon!" He said as he quickly grabbed his hoodie and put it on the kid.

He then heard sirens from the distance, "Over here!" He yelled and then paramedics came in with a stretcher.

"Apparently the kid had lost his parents due to a planned villain attack on his family and he was the only survivor" Koichi explained as Bakugou stopped eating his yogurt to listen.

"The poor kid what happened after that?" Pop asked, "he was taken into custody and I never saw him again" Koichi sighed, "wish I could've done more for the kid" he said.

"That's dumb" Bakugou said and they perked up, "you risked your life and stuff for some stupid kids" he said as he got up, "but the kids really needed help" Koichi said and Pop agreed.

"It doesn't matter that kid that was taken into custody is probably still suffering due to the system you should've let him die" Bakugou said coldly as he got up and put on his shoes.

"Zero that's not nice he saved a life!" Pop said but he ignored her as he left.

It's not that, it's just.

Bakugou kept jumping through buildings using his explosions to help.

He always thought All Might saved him because of that hoodie.

Bakugou then opened the door to his apartment and walked in going to his closet revealing a All Might hoodie.

He quickly grabbed it and hugged it close, "this hoodie was the reason I remember the number one hero" he thought as he put it on.

"I don't remember what happened that day, I wish I could though" Bakugou thought as he tried to recollect some memories.

Bakugou sighed, he should apologize for what he said but he hated that they pitied that boy so much he doesn't know why.

Bakugou just wishes he could thank Koichi.
