"Aye since when Tom has a collection like this? Thought bro was a little bitch, this is mad lit fam", Riley exaggerated when he walked into and noticed the man's office full of signed basketball jerseys.

"Yeah before he was a criminal lawyer he was a sports attorney, I don't know why he quit he got to work with some really cool all-stars, but enough of that let's go", Jazmine quickly responded as they finally walked down and settle in the living room.

Jazmine noticed Huey was right behind her and quickly turned around and sat next to Cindy on their sectional couch.

"Alright fam, what are we playing"? Cindy slowly turned her head over to Jazmine who started to sweat nervously.

"Oh how about monopoly?! it's been a while and..." Jazmine jumped up and walked towards the staircase, but the room went silent, and everyone looked annoyed. "I'll bring something downstairs".

Crickets.

"Until then, let's fuckin turn up!" Tia said shooting a smile at Caesar as he made his way over to her on the couch, He Briefly text Jazmine.

Caesar: Hey Jaz, is it cool if Hiro pulls through? Your other friend is low-key lonely.

Jazmine looks at her phone while leaning against her bedroom door.

Jazmine: Gosh really Caesar, You remember you're not supposed to be here.... besides this isn't a quad date.

Caesar: plz he never really causes trouble (not like that).

Jazmine: He's a DJ and a Gemini

Caesar: Lmao and a good one, look I'll make sure I will help clean up later.

Jazmine: Fine!

Jazmine locks her phone and opened the door to her room and noticed Huey sitting at her desk reading.

"Hey how did you get in here, and why? not that I'm mad or anything". Shocked at him literally in her room.

"I wanted to read, your living room is pretty loud, sorry I just wanted a bit of silence," Huey said while not breaking from the book.

Jazmine walked closer and the sweat left his head.

"I understand, I...."

Jazmine's statement was interrupted by a call.

"Oh no, you aren't supposed to be here, don't say a word". Huey raised an eyebrow and looked at Jazmine waiting for her to answer the call.

The boys are actually supposed to be sleeping over at Caesar's house for the night.

"Hey Mr. Freeman, how are you"? Jazmine swiped on the call.

"That's granddad to you cutie pie, I'm doing well, could be better but my back is a pain in the ass".

Jazmine couldn't help but laugh at the elder's sense of humor. "sounds good".

"My dad said you would be Face-Timing me?"

"Oh I know you young ladies are fine, and besides I still don't know how to work that shit, damn apple products, Anyway please let me know if something is going on so I can have someone like Huey check on you?"

Jazmine turned away quickly trying to hide her blushing from Huey, he was right by her. Damn, she thought, tonight is going to be hard AF.

"No Need, We're doing just fine, get your rest, Goodnight Mr. Freeman, I mean granddad lol".

"Alright Ms. Jazmine, Goodnight". Jazmine quickly hung up with anxiety yet relief.

Huey looked up from his book and stared at her, "Are You Good"?
