New Ephesus, Vampire Realm
As Yujin and I ate a fine dinner of steak and mashed potatoes, we discussed why myself being here is problematic. "Tae-Woong is afraid of us, he thinks we might try to start a revolution and steal his throne." Yujin explained.
"But why would we do that?"
"Because, the Elites and Commons have always been competing for power, the Commons have the numerical advantage and we have our powers."
I huffed to myself. "Nothing makes sense here, what powers can I possibly have?"
Yujin smiled, "Your element is metal right? Concentrate on the silverware."
As I foucused on the fork to my right, I felt something come alive. I sensed that it will respond to my will. I raised my hand and made a throwing motion, the fork embedded itself in the portrait of Tae-Woong on the far wall.
Yujin nodded, impressed, "Not bad for a beginner, but eventually you can doing it just by thinking about it."
While we were enjoying the dinner, a girl burst in, it was one on the members of the court. "Ji-won," Yujin said, "What brings you here?"
Ji-won rolled her eyes, "For the millionth time, I told you to call me Liz. But that not important right now, Tae-Woong is sending his troops to kill you and your brother."
Fear enveloped me, "Where can we go?"
Liz responded "there is a secret way out of the palace."
Yujin nodded, "Good, take us there. Also, you have to come with us."
"Why?"
"Because if your brother finds out you tipped us off, you will be in danger as well. Dont argue, just come."
