It's been a few months and Finn is acting strange..the last time me,Finn,and Syd hung out was 2 months ago,when we were walking to the lake.

He became very popular because he has 12.3 million followers on tiktok.

And ever since,girls have been talking to him and he doesn't have time for me and Syd anymore.

"Have you spoke to Finn?" Syd asked as we walked to our locker.

"Nope." I sigh and I looked at Finn and all the cheerleaders surrounding him,while they were giggling and laughing.

"Yeah,me neither..how do you think he became so popular?" She asked.

"I've seen his account before,it's because of how handsome he is..I knew his beauty would get him somewhere so it doesn't surprise me." I shrugged.

"Oh." Was all she said.

"Let's head to class,I can't stand to see that." I shut my locker and started walking to my first period.

"Morning Y/n." The teacher said.

"Good morning." I fake smiled and sat at my seat,Finn came in late..once again.

"Finn,hand me the phone,15 dollars if you want it back." The teacher said and Finn rolled his eyes putting his phone in his pocket.

"If I see it again,it'll be taken." She said before continuing with the lesson.

"Can I copy off you?" He asked and I shook my head.
-"why not,what did I do?" He asked.

"Ghosted me and Syd." I answered his stupid question.

"Jeez,sorry..I have other things to do than to be with you guys all the time." He replied looking like he didn't actually mean what he said,he looked guilty.

"Right.." I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah..right.." he rolled his eyes.

A few minutes later it was time to go.

I ran to art and took a seat.

Finn didn't show up,and I was glad because I didn't wanna see him.

Lunch finally came and I sat with Syd.

"Hey my love,how you holding up?" She asked.

"Great.." I forced a smile.

"You sure?" She looked at me worriedly.

"Yeah.." I nodded as I saw Finn in the back and Lucy,who I assumed was his girlfriend,was sitting on his lap kissing his cheek and moving to his neck.

"Don't look at that,it's bullshit,he obviously doesn't look comfortable." Sydney rolled her eyes.

"But he's smiling?.." I played with my food.

"It's a fake smile Y/n..don't you realize?"
-"compare that smile to the smile he had when we used to hang out!" She told me and I could barely remember his smile but I eventually realized his smile was a bit smaller and he usually had a huge smile on his face when he was with us.

"Oh..why do you think he's with her?" I asked.

"I'm not sure..but she's gaining followers because of him,I feel bad." She looked back at Finn who looked back at her so she turned around quickly.

"I don't feel good..I think I might just head home." I lied and she gave me a 'girl please' look.

"I've known you for 3 years! I know you're lying,but go ahead babe." She smiled.

"Never mind,i'll stay." I smiled at Syd.

"No,go ahead,I'll be fine!!" She told me and I shook my head.
