Liam gets left behind

Liam gets left behind at a gas station after the tour bus stops to get gas.

Liam's view:

It had been a long week with non stop shows and being on the road "I so need to restock on engry drinks" Niall said collapsing on the couch next to Liam half landing on the older boy. "Get off me" Liam said playfully pushing Niall off of him. "Liammmmm be nice to me I'm tried" Niall whined. "We should get Paul to stop the tour bus at a gas station to stock up on snacks" harry said watching from the other couch smiling at Niall's actions. "I'll go ask him!" Yelled Louis feeling exicted about the idea of getting snacks and drinks. "you guys can't make it to our next stop?" Liam asked half not wanting to get off the bus. He was comfortable and didn't like the idea of getting out of the warm bus into the cold weather.

"No" all the boys said causing Liam to roll his eyes of course they all agreed on this. "He said yes!" Louis said running back into the game room with an exicted smile. "Yes!" Niall said jumping off the couch elbowing Liam in the ribs "ow!" Liam whined rubbing the spot that Niall had elbowed "gentle nialler" Louis said shaking his head making his way to Liam's side kissing his forehead. "Sorry Liam" Niall said offering him a soft smile. "Paul said we could get off at the upcoming gas station." Louis added after a moment.

"What are we wanting to get?" Liam asked placing his book aside. He still wasn't happy about getting off the bus but he knew that there was no way that the boys would let him stay behind on the bus. "Definitely need to get some more rebels maybe some soda, cookies and candy?" Niall said causing Liam to chuckle that answer didn't surprise Liam at all. "so junk food" he said cuaisng Niall to punch him in the chest "hey!" He yelled placing his arms up to defend himself. "It's not junk food it's stuff we need" Niall said with a pout "stop abusing Liam Niall" harry said getting off the love seat sitting down next to Liam wrapping his arm around Liam "protecting" Liam.

"Get whatever you want niall will just make sure that we get Liam his protein shakes, Oreos and chips and he'll be good" Louis said already writing down a list of things he wanted to get at their stop. "I'll be good if you let me sleep and get the snacks without me" Liam said resting his head against Harry's shoulder "aw Liam no you need to come with us" Niall whined "Liam please" Zayn said looking at him with puppy eyes. "Fine" he said with a sigh. He definitely didn't want but he would if it meant he could get back to the bus and get some sleep.
It didn't take long before the bus finally came to a stop. Paul soon came onto the bus "alright come on boys I don't want to stay here longer then 15 minutes don't want the fans to find where we are" he added tossing the boys there beanies and jackets. Liam sighed putting on his things before following Paul out of the bus. All 5 boys made there way into the gas station each one of them going off in different directions looking for the snacks and drinks that they wanted. Like Louis had said Liam found himself grabbing a few things of Oreos it was one of the few junk food that he allowed himself to have. Once he grabbed his cookies he grabbed a few protein shakes he found by the red bulls. The last thing he grab was a few boxes of tea that he knew he liked before making his way to the cashier "can I set this hear while I go to the bathroom?" He asked the cashier "of course " the lady said with a smile. Liam made his way to the bathroom. He probably couldn't of been in there longer then 5 minutes.

When he came back out he saw that the boys were no where to be seen. He made his way back to the front of the gas station. "Have you seen where my friends went.?" He asked "yeah they brought there snacks and went outside" she said Liam didn't think much about it. He just thought that they were in the bus waiting for him. Liam quickly paid for his stuff before making his way outside. Once he was outside he was stunned to see that the guys were nowhere to be seen. "Guys?" He asked making his way further out to see if the bus was just moved back as a prank. But nope the bus was completely gone just like the rest of the guys.

Liam didn't know what to do. He already knew he was fucked he didn't have his phone it was still on the bus. "Damn it" he whispered softly making his way back into the gas station the cashier looked up at him with a confused look on her face. "Hi I know this is a odd request but my bus took off do you think I could stay here until they come back?" He asked. The girl gave him a soft smile "of course you can you can stay in our break room you can take a nap if you'd like I'll wake you when the rest of the guys come back" she said "thank you so much" Liam said following the girl into there break room he was surprised to see a couch in the room.

"Get some rest" the girl said closing the door behind her. Liam sighed putting his bag beside the touch he took off his shoes placing them next to his snacks before he laid down on the couch he took his jacket off using it as a blanket. He was never gonna let his friends live this down when they came back to get him. It didn't take long before Liam let sleep take over.

Harrys view:

"I think we're good for a while" harry said putting there snacks away where they belong on the tour bus. "You say that now but will get more snacks next week" Louis said with a laugh taking a sip of his soda that he brought from the gas station. "your probably right especially with Niall always being hungry " harry teased there Irish friend. "Hey! Liam is just as bad" Niall said tossing a piece of his popcorn at Harry sticking out his tongue.

"Speaking of Liam I haven't heard from him is he asleep?" Asked Louis looking around the bus "he wasn't in the gas station when we got out so hes probably in his bunk" Niall said Louis frowned slightly something didn't feel right. Louis pushed himself up off of his chair making his way to the bunks "Liam?" He asked softly making his way to Liam's bunk when he didn't hear an answer his bad feeling grew worst "Liam?" He repeated opening his curtain. He felt his heart stop when he saw that Liam's bed was empty. "Fuck!" Louis yelled making his way to the living room "Liam's not here" he yelled "the hell you mean he's not here?" Zayn asked looking at louis with wide eyes. "He's not on the fucking bus!" Yelled Louis "oh God" harry whispered he felt like he was gonna throw up.

"Where the hell is he?" Niall asked "oh God" Zayn whispered causing the 3 boys to look at him "the last place we saw him at was at the gas station " Zayn whispered. "Paul! Turn this bud around!" Yelled Niall making his way back to Paul and paddy who were driving. "How could we forget him?" harry whispered "we didn't know he wasn't on the bus" Zayn said rubbing his hands over his face. "That's not an excuse we should of waited for him just incase oh God Liam" harry sobbed "Paul is turning the bus around now!' yelled Niall making his way back over to his friends.

"Thank God" louis whispered "we should be there in 10 minutes thank God you noticed before we got to far from him" Niall added. "I can't imagine if we hadn't noticed he was missing what if we just thought he was asleep and didn't check on him" Zayn said. "Can we stop talking about the what ifs I cant breathe until we get Liam back" harry said sitting down next to Zayn and Louis. The rest of the drive was in slience each boy lost in there thoughts and just praying that Liam is okay.

15 minutes later..

Once the guys were back at the gas station they all ran out of the bus making there way to the gas station. The cashier looked up with wide eyes "hi we were wondering if our friend Liam is still here we accidentally forgot him here" harry said looking at her with his puppy eyes. She nodded "yeah I told him he could rest in our break room" she said leading the boys into the break room. She felt a smile grow on her face when she saw that Liam was asleep "I'll leave you guys alone" she whispered walking out of the room. The 4 boys smiled softly each one of them feeling better seeing there friend was asleep and safe.

"Should we wake him?' harry asked after a few moments of slience "no we can just carry him help me" Louis said making his way over to Liam gently picked up Liam who didn't stir Zayn gently lifted Liam's head placing it on Louis shoulder Niall grabbed Liam's shoes and snacks and followed Louis and Zayn who had his hand on Louis shoulder. "Thank you for looking out for him" harry said giving the casier smile "anytime" she said with her own smile watching as the boys left her store.
Louis made his way into the bus making his way back to the bunks placing Liam in his bed he was thankful that Liam was a heavy sleeper "night Payno" he said softly with a fond smile glad that his best friend was okay and safe.
Louis made his way back to the other boys to finally relax after there long day.
