Only a split second, yet felt like a forever. The whole world came to a stop. The rain froze in the air, the Valkyries turn into motionless mannequin, even space itself paused.
Kamen Rider Zio is not affected by this phenomenon. Whether this is just happening in his mind or hallucinations he doesn't know.
"What Is this? Do you still doubt their eyes?"
A hand rested on his shoulder. Y/n didn't look up and didn't try to figure out whose hand it was. What's the point if you know who it is anyway?
Ohma Zio stands beside his young self. Y/n, with hatred towards his future self, didn't even glance at the figure beside him.
"This is rich! Finally taking the mantle and accepted your dest--!"
"Shut up!"
Y/n had enough of this. His ranting of endless bullshits, his plot of manipulation, all of it.
"..... Foolish child. Do you have amy idea what you can achieve? What you can do if you accept ME!?
Zio tugged at the collar of Ohma Zio armor and pushed the demon king to the wall with great force as it formed a pattern of his body. The king was laughing. He laughed like there's no tomorrow.
"That's enough! No more games, no more nonsense, no more! You think I will accept my fate?! My destiny?! To hell with that!"
"You're blind, my younger self. Blind to the truth and the reality of this god-forsaken world. What i did in my timeline was done to prevent such event."
"By making it worse?!" Zio pushed even further.
"In order to defeat evil you must become a greater evil. It is as simple as that, wouldn't you agree?"
"You're wrong! There are so many ways that doesn't involve blood! You're just to afraid to search them. Afraid of the possibility of loosing your power!"
"You dare to assume i am afraid?! Me?! Let me re-educate you!"
Ohma Zio disappeared before him in the blink of an eye. Y/n traced the evil aura and found the demon lord standing behind Squad V. The horror in Y/n's when Ohma Zio place his hand on Mei's neck.
"Tell me," Ohma Zio tighten his grip on the girl's neck. "Are you afraid?"
Y/n's throat felt tight like how Ohma Zio slowly pressed Mei's neck.
"Ohma Zio!!" So full of anxiety and anger Y/n ran to Ohma Zio. Almost there, he felt his body freeze like time had stopped. His body was squeaking, glitching like broken software. Ohma Zio's left hand stretches forward with open palms.
He should've known better. Ohma Zio hold every single time related power and that includes the Time jacker's ability to momentarily stop their opponent in time.
"Let this be clear." The demon king once again disappeared only for him reappeared before Zio. "The one who sent Another Agito was me. There are no Time jacker in this world because i already killed them."
Even though he was frozen in time, you could see what kind of reaction Zio would show. All this time it was Ohma Zio who was pulling the strings behind the scenes. Who knows what else he has done without Zio's knowledge.
"Let it be known that no matter what you do I'm always win. And your fate has already sealed."
The time freeze was undone. Zio left with utter despair as he fall down to his knees. His future self remain still, watching his pathetic younger self powerless against the gap between.
