Background:
One day while flying in the air, Ragnarök detected a surge of destructive Magic energy. He went to investigate and came across a young boy named Y/N L/N. The boy's village had been massacred by a group of dark wizards, and out of rage Y/N unknowingly unleashed his magic power in the form of an energy wave. (Kinda like how Saiyans do when they get mad) The wave obliterated everything around Y/N including the Dark Wizards and what was left of his home. Y/N would've just stayed there crying his heart out, if not for Ragnarök approaching him. With the proper training and guidance, Ragnarök could see Y/N becoming one of the greatest Dragon Slayers ever known. So, he took Y/N in as not just his pupil, but also his son.
6 Years later, Y/N managed to maintain control over his power and learned Destruction Dragon Slayer Magic. The only times his power would get out of control, was when he was pushed over the edge, which even then rarely happened. Y/N came to call Ragnarök "Ragna" for short, just cause it was easier for him; much to his father's dismay. Ragnarök came to truly treat and care Y/N as his own flesh and blood, and even enjoyed his spars against him. But... Sadly, it could not last forever. One night Y/N noticed his father sad and asked what was wrong. At first Ragnarök denied being sad, but Y/N convinced him that as his son; he wanted to help him feel better. Ragnarök gave in and told Y/N he would be leaving and may never come back. Y/N didn't understand why he had to go and refused to let Ragnarök leave him. So, they spent their last night as close as they could, with both of them sleeping with tears in their eyes
The next morning... Y/N was once again left all alone. But despite this, Y/N swore that even if it kills him, he will never stop searching for the one he called Father...
