Izuku Midoriya was sitting in his room at UA, flipping through channels on his TV as he relaxed after a long day of training. Suddenly, his phone rang, and he saw that it was All Might calling him. Izuku quickly answered, his heart racing with excitement and nerves.

"Hello, All Might," Izuku said, trying to keep his voice steady.

"Hello, Midoriya," All Might replied. "I was wondering if you could come to my office. I have something important to discuss with you."

Izuku's heart skipped a beat. Was this it? Was he going to be kicked out of UA? He quickly grabbed his bag and headed to All Might's office, his mind racing with excitement. When he arrived, All Might was waiting for him.

"Take a seat, Midoriya," he said, gesturing to the chair in front of his desk.Izuku sat down, his heart pounding in his chest.

All Might began to speak, explaining that he had been impressed by Izuku's skills and determination as a vigilante. He had even convinced Nezu, the head of UA, to allow Izuku to continue his work as a vigilante, but legally this time.

"You'll have the same documents as pro heroes, and you'll be able to roam the streets at night without fear of being arrested," All Might explained. "You'll also be able to work with Aizawa, your teacher, on some nights to hone your skills even further."

Izuku couldn't believe it. He had always dreamed of becoming a pro hero, but he never thought it was possible. But now, with All Might's help, he had a chance to make his dream a reality."Thank you, All Might," Izuku said, tears of gratitude welling up in his eyes. "I'll do my best to live up to your expectations."

All Might smiled and nodded. "I have no doubt that you will, Midoriya. And there's one more thing I want to discuss with you."

"This is One For All, my quirk," he said, holding  up a strand of hair for Izuku to see. "And I want to offer it to you. I believe you have the potential to become the next Symbol of Peace."

Izuku's heart skipped a beat. He had always admired All Might and his ability to inspire others with his strength and courage. To be able to carry on his legacy and become the next Symbol of Peace was an honor beyond words."Yes, All Might," Izuku said, his voice continue after "Yes, All Might," Izuku said, his voice trembling with emotion. "I would be honored to accept One For All and become your successor."

All Might smiled and handed the strand to Izuku. "Just remember, One For All is a powerful and dangerous quirk. You must be careful and always control your emotions when using it.

All Might gave Izuku a  strand of hair. "You must eat this hair," he said.

Izuku's eyes widened in surprise. "Eat it?"

All Might nodded. "Yes, you have to eat it to gain the powers of One For All"

Izuku took a deep breath and grabbed the strand of hair. He closed his eyes and gulped it down, feeling a strange warmth spread through his body as the quirk flowed through his veins.

When he opened his eyes, he saw that All Might was smiling at him. "Welcome to the ranks of One For All users, Midoriya," he said. "You are now the legal vigilante, Deku."

Izuku couldn't believe it. He had always dreamed of becoming a hero, and now that dream was finally within his grasp. He vowed to use his new power to protect the people and make the world a safer place, just like All Might had done before him.

Izuku Midoriya had been pushing himself to the limit for the past few weeks, training with All Might by day and patrolling the streets as the legal vigilante Deku at night. He had barely slept, but he was determined to become the best hero he could be, to live up to the expectations of All Might and his mother, who had always believed in him.

One night, as he was working alone, Midoriya heard a woman's screams coming from an alleyway. Without hesitation, he rushed to her aid, his heart racing with fear and determination. When he arrived, he saw a hooded figure standing over the woman, a dark aura emanating from him.

"Leave her alone!" Midoriya shouted, using his lightning and tentacle quirk to attack the figure. The fight was intense, and Midoriya used every ounce of strength he had, even tapping into the limited power of his new quirk, One For All, to try and save the woman.

But in the end, it was no use. Just as Midoriya was about to finish off the hooded figure, he touched the woman and she died instantly. The figure then disappeared, leaving Midoriya shocked, sobbing, and crying as he couldn't save the woman. He called the nearest pro heroes and told them everything that had happened, how Deku had tried to save the woman but failed.

For the next few days, Midoriya took a break from being a hero. He was depressed, knowing that he couldn't save a life. He had promised his mother and All Might that he would save everyone, but it seemed like an impossible task.

It was a sad time for Midoriya, until Bakugou came to visit him. Bakugou was worried about his friend, and he tried to reassure Midoriya that he couldn't save everyone.

"It's not your fault, Deku," Bakugou said. "You did everything you could. You're just one person, you can't save everyone."

Midoriya nodded, grateful for Bakugou's words but still feeling guilty. As they continued to talk, Midoriya suddenly noticed someone hiding behind his bathroom door. He quickly ran to the door and opened it, but all he saw was a purple portal closing before him.

He rushed back to Bakugou, telling him what he had seen. Bakugou was shocked and they both ran to the bathroom, but the person had already escaped through a purple portal. Bakugo and Midoriya were left standing in the empty bathroom, trying to understand what had just happened.

"Do you think it was a villain?" Bakugo asked, his eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"I don't know," Midoriya replied, shaking his head. "But whoever it was, they must have been watching us. They must have heard everything we said."

Bakugo's fists clenched at the thought of someone spying on them. "We have to tell the others," he said. "We can't let them get away with this."

Midoriya nodded in agreement, and the two of them rushed back to the training room to tell the rest of the class about the mysterious figure.

As they explained what had happened, a sense of unease settled over the class. Who could be spying on them, and why? And more importantly, how were they able to open and close portals at will?

"We have to be careful from now on," Aizawa warned the group. "If someone is watching us, we can't let our guard down. We have to be prepared for anything."

Midoriya nodded, determined to protect his friends and classmates from any harm. He had promised his mother to save everyone, and he wasn't going to let anyone stand in his way. He would be vigilant, always on the lookout for danger. He was Deku, the legal vigilante.
