                                                           —--------Chapter I—--------

I'm not sure whose idea it was. To put hundreds of adolescents in underfunded schools. Run by people whose dreams were crushed years ago... but I admire the sadism.

As I opened my locker..one of the many generic things about public high schools..Pugsley fell out being tied up with an apple in his mouth. Nobody did anything like this to him but me, and only me. I took the apple out of his mouth.

     "I want names."

"I don't know who they were, honest!" he said in a voice thick with tears. "It happened so fast, and-"

"Pugsley, emotion equals weakness." I was untying him now. My father taught me-and pugsley for that matter-how to untie ourselves when we were three years old. I couldn't help but be disappointed in him. "Pull yourself together." he whimpered. "Now."

I realized I didn't need names. I saw the whole thing clearly, and I knew exactly who the boys were who did this to Pugsley.

"You okay?" he asked with concern.

I was not about to confess to my brother that I've recently been plagued by visions. They come on without warning, and feel like electric shock therapy but without the satisfying afterburn.

    "Leave this to me."

"Wednesday," he called after me. "What are you going to do?"

"What I do best."

                                                                              * * *

With both bags in my hand, I walked into the boys swim team's practice. Every single one that did that to Pugsley was there, including a few other people. Whatever end they got to this would probably be deserved for something else that they have done similar to this.

"Look, it's Pigsley's sister!" one of them shouted. They all started laughing. They were completely unaware of what I was capable of doing.

"Hey freak! This is a private session." Another told me.

I Ignored that. "The only person who gets to torture my brother is me." I held up the bags and waited for them to realize.

It took a few seconds until they started pushing each other in chaos to get out of the pool.

I dropped the piranhas into the pool.

I've felt what a piranha bite feels like. I knew firsthand this was something each one of them deserved.

Everyone but one..the one who recommended to bully my brother, how ironic..who remained in the pool when the deadly fish caught up to them. I then heard nothing but screams and saw the blood in the water.

As I watched this boy being attacked I smiled in delight and accomplishment.
