NICE TO KNOW. 4

(a/n - this chapter is extremely long, read at your own risk and be cautious since it's a lot!)

It was 9:15 AM, and Arien was in the hallway of Vinxia Academy. He was incredibly tired and didn't have time to deal with anything. He was yawning and he was constantly wiping tears out of his eyes. he slept amazing last night but something it still making him so tired. Probably the feeling of waking up early. 

He kept hearing whispering everything and seemed like the whole world had eyes on him. He assumed that it was because of the rumors, and it was pissing him off. He wanted to get rid of them immediately before it got EVEN WORSE. But while he was thinking about this, 3 girls came up to him.

"Arien? Are you and Nia a thing!?"
ARIEN "Uhm..."
"OMG! I THINK THEY ARE!"
ARIEN "W-wait!" he sighed, knowing they took that sign immediately the wrong way.
"GUYS ARIEN AND NIA ARE A THING!" somebody screamed loudly in the hallway.
ARIEN'S MIND-[This is gonna be one hell of a day huh? These obnoxious girls and guys...]

Even right now, it would be a bad risk, especially with everyone's eyes on him and watching his every move. He saw Nia from her locker and she looked up and saw him. She waved to him, giving him a sign to come over. He smiled and went over to her, people obviously saw that smile and took it as a sign. He didn't care, he just wanted to talk to her right now.

ARIEN "Hey, Nia!" he said in a happy tone, running over to her.
NIA "Hey, Arien! Haha, wait-!"
Arien gave Nia the tightest shocking hug in the world, she didn't expect it but she still hugged him back.
NIA "Jesus Christ, your hair is a bit of a mess. How well did you sleep tonight?!"
ARIEN "Heh, you sound just like Xvyn except he's always shocked at what Rinyoe does. It's so funny how much he jokes with him a lot."

NIA "Pfft. Xvyn is a funny guy." she said while ruffling his hair, trying to make it a bit better than it was before.

ARIEN "Getting to the point of why I'm here, we need to get rid of these rumors. And I think I... I have a plan," he said that last part while yawning.
NIA "What's your plan?" she patted her shoulder, inviting him to rest his head while he talks. Still ignoring the fact people are watching him, she didn't exactly care. More like focusing on Arien's words.  Arien also took the invitation and laid down on Nia's shoulder, and started talking about the plan.
ARIEN "I'm gonna go do some research about the person who posted it, hopefully, can get some information on them and just have a little... talk with them." he said that last part in a broodingly dark tone. His voice on her neck was making her chill from how close he was.

NIA "Yeah, you should go do that before it gets worse."

Before Arien could respond, there was a loud scream and chatter from girls and guys.
Guessing what it could be already, they were right. The fact they were bonding, hugging, and resting on each other's shoulders. He sighed and got immediately annoyed.

"OMG! THEY'RE HUGGING!"
"They're so cute."
"I can't believe they got together!"
"Arien is sleeping on Nia's Shoulder!? Oh my god!"
"They look so in love with each other!"
"Arien smiled at Nia before he walked up to her... That is definitely some type of true love."
"That should've been me with Nia!"
"Nia is so lucky..."

ARIEN "Haha... I'll catch you later Nia, maybe you were right about NOW."
NIA "Heh, yeah. I'll see you later, messy hair boy."


ARIEN "Hey! I will get you back for that!"
NIA "In your dreams."
ARIEN "Dreams can come to life sometimes you know!"


So Arien left, and Nia continued to be in her locker and once again somebody asked her if Arien and Nia were dating. They weren't, and she sighed very loudly in her head since she didn't want to cause an audience. But she replied, cause if she didn't then they would immediately think they were dating. But, what she was about to say was about to make it confusing.

NIA "I'm not the correct person to ask for that, perhaps you should go talk to Arien about that in 9 minutes."
They didn't know what she meant by that, but Nia knew computing took a long time and Arien would definitely be done with that with Lonora and Rinyoe's help. Or at least she hoped he told them. Nia closed her locker and went to class, she couldn't stand any more of this.
