The classroom is so full! Impa and I could barely get around. "Impa!" I call out hoping that she's right behind me but, I turn around and see a blonde blue-eyed boy. He looks at me like I did something wrong. He smiles at me and turns to the teacher.

"Who are you looking at?" Impa startles me
"Oh, no one" I look at the boy one last time before looking at the teacher.

"All right everyone" professor Horwell announces his presence. "I will seat you in your seats" I hope I get to sit Impa
I cross my fingers. "Ms. Hyrule will sit next to Mr. Mario" who is that? He points to my seat in front of the class, with the boy from before sitting there! I sit down with all my books and my notebook.

The boy hums a weird tune that I've never heard before, "Is that a song?" I ask him and he looks up and turns red. Is he okay? I chuckle at him, "have you heard of Eminem?" I don't know who that is, "the candy?" I question him. "No, he's a rapper," I think I've heard of him before.
He starts humming again while I'm trying to write, "by the way, my name is link"
"I'm Zelda" we look at each other before turning away again.

Will he just stop humming for Pete's sake! He's so annoying. Why did the teacher put me with this guy? So far, I wouldn't care if he died, or just quit the class, "could you please stop?!" I almost yell at him. "Ms. Hyrule, please don't talk" the professor sounds stern.

"May I go to the bathroom?" Link asks the professor "yes, you may" he answers him.

Link comes back from the bathroom, and trips over his shoelace, "Oh, shit!" he yells across the classroom. "Mr. Mario! Go to the principal's office!" link walks out of the class "everyone curses in this classroom including you professor horwell!" I just yelled at the professor without thinking about it. "Ms, Hyrule go to the principal's office too if you're going to act like that"
"Fine" I walk out of the classroom. I try to force myself to go to the principal office but my body runs away from it, I was at the office but my hand doesn't open the door.

I run away to the bathroom but my escape is interrupted by some men dressed in red, "who are you?" I wonder while trying to escape. "We're the yiga clan" the men answer. "But, you guys look like you're my age" "well because we are from your guy's rival school" I make a run for it not noticing that they're following me. I run for my life, but I fall to the ground. They come up to me, "look at 'pretty little princess' here" he laughs. I try to scoot over to somewhere else but they surrounded me. The main guy lifts something I don't recall seeing before. I cover my face but the thing he was holding was up in the air. It was link! He protected me! I was so sure he didn't like me, I stare at him for a little, before getting up. "Thank you so much" I smile and walk away from him. I guess he isn't as bad as I thought he was.

Dear diary, yesterday a new student named link joined our school. Impa says he's weird because he doesn't talk but I saw him talking to mipha and he's kinda cute no Zelda you know you can't have a boyfriend

"IMPA!" "hey Zelda what ya doing," impa says calmly "n-nothing," I say hiding my diary behind my back "come on we have to get ready for school" impa whines I roll my eyes "one second," I say as I walk into the bathroom, 5 minutes later I walk out of the bathroom "that was more than 1 second" Impa jokes "come on let's go," I mumble as walk towards the door

Today the teacher announced that in 3 weeks it will be prom and I couldn't help but look at Zelda she's so beautiful I'm thinking of asking her to prom but she probably wouldn't say yes she likes books and the library and I like sports and running maybe I'll ask her at lunch, but how?

                               ZELDA'S POV
It's finally lunch after a long day I hate the first week of school, why did link just sit down? Why did he pull cards out? the cards read "will you" he flips the cards "go to" "prom"
"With me" he flips the last card for the last time "link!" I say shocked, just as I was about to say yes Mipha sits down and says "hey link" mipha says with a shy smile, why is she like this? I just want to lie on my bed and scream into my pillow ugh I thought no one would ask me to prom when link asked me I was happy but then mipha ruined it after mipha arrived I just ran to the girl's bathroom then stayed there till lunch was over. I'm dreading seeing mipha in class she gets on my nerves everyone says she's dating link but if they were dating why would he ask me to prom I need to think it over as soon as I get home

I hate sulking, maybe I should call Impa and I'll ask Father if she can stay for dinner
I wish I could hug mother but she died when I was 6 and I didn't get to say goodbye. I need to talk to urbosa I should go to bed I hug terriko till father calls me down to dinner I slowly walk down the stairs, I wonder what the chef made today probably what he made yesterday salmon meunière I just want to go to sleep I hope father won't notice that I'm not eating
After dinner, I go up to my room and lie on my bed, and fall asleep on top of the covers

I wake up to the doorbell ringing it's probably impa I quickly get dressed and eat a banana, I rush downstairs and drive with Impa to school. I see link there I want to talk to him but he's in the middle of practice. I can't stop thinking about him and I barely know him what's wrong with me? I will tell Impa about what's going on at lunch or between classes at our lockers their pretty close to each other, I'll think about it I need to get to class. On my way to class, I trip as link is walking by. he bends down to help me once we pick everything up he helps me up and asks me "are you ok?" "y-yeah," I say shocked "so, umm what about prom," he asks while rubbing his nape  "oh, yeah sure," I say calmly
