December 25 christmas day
8 am
Hailey wakes up to see nobody next to her in bed then sighed as she rolled over to look at the phone lockscreen of Hailey and Jay, "Well, Jay. It's the first Christmas without you." Hailey starts crying, "It would be nice Christmas if you were home. Just for today." Hailey closed her eyes for a second until she heard the door open, "Hailey?"
Hailey jumps out of bed grabbing a gun just in case then walks out of bedroom to see muscular men in uniform, "Jay?" Jay smiles, "It's me, Hails. You can put the gun away." Hailey locks the gun in a safe, "Sorry, habit."
Hailey jumps to hug Jay tightly, "Are you home?" Jay hugs Hailey stroking her head, "Yes, I'm home for a week. They let me come home for Christmas so I wanted to see you."
Hailey whips tears off, "When did you come home?" "Two days ago." "Two days?" Jay nods, "Yes and since it's almost christmas so i decided to wait until today. Merry Christmas, Hails." Hailey chuckled as she started crying again. Jay reached out to Hailey to cuddle her, "It's okay, Hailey. I missed you too. It's been hard two months without you."
Hailey kisses Jay, "I missed you so much. I haven't been sleeping and I have been so busy doing paperwork on Sean and-" Jay stops her, "Chief's son?" Hailey nods, "Yes, Sean has been trafficking teen girls." Jay sighs, "Well, can we have Christmas about us? Forget about Sean or Chief and team just for today. Enjoy today just about us." Hailey smiles, "Yes. I have something for you."
Hailey went to the bedroom and grabbed the baby ultrasound and put it in a wrapping bag. Hailey comes out and gives a wrapping bag to Jay, "Here for you." Jay starts to open it, "What is it?"
Hailey smiles, "Just look." Jay takes out the baby ultrasound and stares at it, "Are you serious?" "Yes, I'm serious." Jay lifts up Hailey and kisses Hailey, "We're having a baby."
Hailey kissed Jay back, "Merry Christmas, Jay. I'm happy you're home for Christmas." "Merry Christmas, Hails. I'm happy too. Does Vioght and team know?" Hailey shakes her head, "No. I just found out two days ago. Should we tell them today?" "Yes. They don't know I'm back. Hey, how is Torres?" Hailey chuckled, "Torres is great but he got in trouble with the gang but he's fine. He's doing great." "That's great. I had trouble with him last year. Great to hear he's doing great."
Meanwhile later on christmas day
Kim and the team are at Kim's house doing Christmas stuff. Hailey and Jay show up to the door as Hailey knocks on the door, "They will be so happy to see you." Kim opens the door to see Jay, "Hey, Jay! You're home! Hey, Hails. Come on in."
Hailey and Jay enter the house as Torres walks up to hug Jay, "You're back!" Jay hugged Torres, "Yes, just for a week."
Kim closed the door, "Everyone's in the living room waiting for you two. Come on!"
Hailey and Jay stand in the living room while everyone stares at them, "Well guys, we have something to share. We're having a baby." Kim hugged Hailey, "Oh my god! I'm happy for you two!" "Thanks Kim." Vioght hugs Hailey, "Congrats, you're on desk duty." Hailey nods, "Yes, seg." Everyone claps for Jay and Hailey.
Jay walks up to Vioght who is drinking coffee, "Hey Seg. Have you been good to Hailey?" "Of course. I have." Jay nods, "You sure? I mean she had a panic attack because of you." Vioght put coffee down, "I know that but I never hurt Hailey. You know me." Jay glares at Voight, "Okay but if i come back home to find out you hurt Hailey, i will swear to god get you sent to jail." Hailey walks up to confort Jay, "Hey, Jay. It's okay." "He hurt you." "I know, but we're fine. If he does, I will let you know, Okay?" Jay nods, "Okay."
Meanwhile Hailey and Jay arrive home, "Well that was fun except you were a little harsh to Vioght." Jay scoffed, "He hurt you." Hailey places her hands on Jay's face, "I know. We can do anything to get him sent to jail." "He made you keep it a secret when Roy died. You haven't been sleeping and eating because of him." Hailey sighed, "I know. Babe, I thought we're making today about us, not him?" Hailey starts to unbelt Jay's jeans.
Jay kisses Hailey as he lifts Hailey up and carries her to the bedroom.
