03. 『ᗩwaited ᗪinner』

"Wow! The insides are beautiful!" Kaori looked amazed by the architecture and design of the shrine. It was a huge shrine. Even if she came here a couple of times, she never visited the shrine.

She knew her all of the friends from school. Apparently, Gojo family owns a whole bunch of schools and she was in one of the high schools.

They all walked in the main hall of the shrine - Honden - while looking at the some specific old drawings and pictures. Kaori frowned in confusion.

"Hey, I thought it was new. How come it has all these historical images?" Kaori asked.

"That is because it is exact replica of Masukunashi shrine. Even the smallest details." Said megumi.

"Really?"

"Yes, and due to Ryomen Sukuna's soul is residing in the actual shrine we can't open it for the public. Also it's prohibited to go there for non exorcists." Chimed Yuta.

"But what makes you believe there is actually a Sukuna there?" Kaori asked.

"And what makes you believe there isn't?" Megumi raised his eyebrow as he walked to the other side and sat on a tatami mat.

"I don't know. I do believe in ghosts but Ryomen Sukuna myth just sounds weird to me." Kaori purses her lips.

"Than let's go check out if there is a ghost then." Yuji came in with some packages of clothes.

"No, you're not." Megumi raised.

"Didn't you heard us. It's prohibited." Yuta scolded him lightly. "If you go there you're only gonna get in trouble."

"Whatever," Yuji rolled his eyes. "Hey, kaori, catch." he threw a sealed cloth package.

It was a pair of red hakama - divided, pleated trousers -, a white kasode - a predecessor of the kimono- and a chihaya --loose jacket with long kimono-like sleeves, over the regular uniform- for this kagura dance.

"It's beautiful."

"Yeah, wear that and let's start the practice." Yuji informed everyone there.

He pushed Kaori inside one of the miko's room to change while the other two also went to change.

Megumi stayed there waiting for the three while scrolling through his phone.

The trio came out wearing their perspective outfits. Kaori looked amazed by how the two looked.

"Damn! You two look gorgeous." Kaori complimented the two males.

"You don't look bad either." Megumi said instead of the other two as the two just blushed over her praise.

"Thanks megu!" She chimed and twirled with her dress on.

"I'll play the music on koto while you and yuta will dance. The beginning will of you two. Then music will shift to hardcore drums that's when yuji dance his part. For now I'll just play the music in my phone, we have yet to decide a drummer only. And Remember you have to dance with both of them. Can you do it?"

"Of course! Dancing is what I'm made for!"

"You look rather pumped now~" said Yuji.

"Yeah you looked like you almost don't wanna do it." Said Yuta.

"It's because I won't be alone on the stage now." Kaori said with a dazzling smile.

"Okay Now let's start!" Megumi said to get the attention the blushing duo.
