Kay so these are just my ways I guess.

I listen to music. Music is always So calming. When I listen to a Violetta song a smile immediately comes into my face. Music is just my life.

Um I love being with my friends. It is really fun and they also put a smile on my face. My stress kinda Melts away.

Family. Well sometimes. Not all the time they are actually one of the reason for my stress

Being by myself. I sometimes need to be myself to calm myself. I sit on my bed and close my eyes.

SLEEP! Sleep always helps. You should sleep on it.
