I really like this question.

For text I like,to use PicsArt. But I also use Moldiv,Phonto,Pic Collage,Pizap,PicArt.

For collages I use Pic Collage

For this ask book I used Photo Candy and added text from PicsArt.

I also like Pixlr Autodesk for some awesome effects.

PicsArt is nice for,effects,cool masking, and awesome text. Pic Collage is still the best collage maker I have.

And finally I resize my image to fit for wattpad. gastonmyangel said in her ask book covers have to be 512 x 800. So that helped me a lot.
