Cheerleading Mishap.

Chapter 1: "We perform WHAT?!"

"Cmon Lya can't we just take a break?"

"This video has to be perfect for the auditions Niah, stop complaining."

Hi I'm Niah. I go to Pearson high school and now  suffering from dancing. Right now I'm currently doing this stupid "audition" Lya wants us to do. I mean, she's acting like we're really going to get into dancing with the stars. I mean, it's cute that she thinks we can. Lya just came from France 2 months ago and she joined our friend group. She's nice and all but sometimes she can be a real bit- "NIAAHH" Lya said. Great. What more could she possibly want? "Yes Lya. How can I help you while I'm over here DYING from this stupid choreo. You do realize we do cheerleading for fun right?" She scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Well Niah, incase you didn't know, to be good at cheerleading we need y'know, a flyer. And that's YOU" she said. Oh yeah, my friends and I do cheerleading. Lya, Akari, Diwata, Me and Marina.. Marina... I haven't told anybody this, not even Diwata seeing that she's my best friend and I tell her absoutley EVERYTHING. I like Marina.. a lot. Hah.. Well we all became a friendgroup because of our passion for cheer, even though we've never actually done a real performance, it's more of a hobby yk? I'm the main flier, Diwata,Lya and Akari and the floor people and Marina is our tumbler. She's really flexible and she's just so amazing I.. "Niah? You good? Earth to Niah" said Diwata. "Huh wha-? Oh, Hey D, yeah I'm good just- just thinking y'know?" I said while gazing at Marina infront of me doing her warmup. Diwata looked at where I was looking. "You sure? You've been staring at Marina for the past 2 minutes while Lya is over here yelling at us. What you like her or something?" Diwata said with a smirk on her face and nudged me. "WHAT NO I- SHUT UP D" Although she was right, I couldn't let her know.. I couldn't let anyone know. "Lya please, it's 4 and I want to go home. Can we just practice one more time so I can leave?" Akari said. I laughed. Akari is really fun to hang out with, but she's really quiet. So once she says something that everyone's saying in her mind, everyone listens. You never know what this girl is capable of y'know? "Fine fine, everyone positions!" yelled Lya. I really didn't want to do this and make a fool out of myself but, Akari is right. I want to go home. So I went on the mat and Lya, Diwata and Akari went into a circle around me. "FIVE SIX SEVEN EIGHT" Marina said. Her voice is just so amazing I could fall asleep to it.. Next thing you know I'm in the air standing on their hands praying that Lya doesn't drop me as revenge for not listening to her. We did our performance and did good. Marina did really good.. "Bien guys! Now all I have to do is send it to dancing with the stars producers and we'll be famous!!" said Lya. I rolled my eyes. I guess I just gotta let her live y'know? "You girls seriously have some talent you know that right" said a deep voice. Everyone froze. Marina and I made eye contact, I blushed instantly but that didn't matter right at this moment. Who said that. "Coach Higgens..?" Akari said. I slowly turned around and saw our gym coach stand behind us with a big smirk on his face. "The one and only" he said. How long has he been watching us? "Merci Coach!!" Lya said being the suck up she is. But seriously, why was he watching us perform? Creepy dude. "Y'know ladies, I'm more than happy to let you perform at half -time for the football game tommrow. It's supposed to be a really big thing and it would make my day for you guys to say yes. So what do you say?" Coach said. Now everybody is looking at each other. He wants us to perform infront of the entire school at a football game? Is he insane. We suck! "Coach.." Diwata started. "We don't really have much expierence professi-" "WE'LL DO IT." Lya said. This bitch. "I'm glad we got you girls." he said as he smiled with that big stupid grin of his. He looked at Lya especially a little longer than the rest of us, then left. I'm a really observant person so I know when things are going on. He's weird, but right now he isn't my biggest issue. "Ly-" I started saying "LYA WHAT THE FUCK?" Marina said. Everyone looked at her in shock, but I grinned. "What's the problem Marina?" Lya said with attituide. "The problem is that you can't just sign us up for things we aren't ready for! You completley cut off Diwata and we're not even prepared? The game is in 2 days." Lya just looked at Marina. "Well Marina if you have a problem with that, you don't have to do it." "Lya thats enough." Akari said in a stern voice. We all stepped back for a moment. "What Marina said was true you need to own up to that." Lya looked around the room. "Fine, I apologize but that doesn't mean I'm taking back this oppurtinity, you guys can leave now auvoir" Lya said while blowing us a kiss. We all watched her grab her bag and leave. I looked at Marina who was talking to Akari and getting herself ready to leave. I was going to go say something to her, but Diwata caught up to me. "Lya's a real bitch for that huh?" she said. "Yeah.. real bitch." I said while waving bye and Akari and Marina.
