Cheerleading Mishap.

The plan.

"So what do we need to be here so early for again?" Akari says while bursting the door open into the dance room.

This morning I called Akari and told her to meet us here at 6 AM so we could tell her everything. I don't know how she will react to this but, I just hope she follows through.

"Akari listen.." I started saying. She looks at me with a serious face now knowing that this is an important meeting. "Where's Lya? What's going on.." Akari says. We all looked at each other and nodded our heads. "Akari we found out that the coach and Lya are dating.. we all came here early because we have a plan" Marina says.

Akari stares at us with the most disturbing face ever. I was getting ready to reassure her that we weren't joking and help her out of denial but instead; "Okay.. what's the plan?" she says. We sat down in the middle explaining the plan to Akari.

"First," Diwata says as she pulls out cameras from her bag. "We need to install these cameras in the coaches office and in the room. I've thought about all the times Coach has asked Lya to stay back after practice or to go to her office, so it only makes sense to place them their"

"Then," Marina says. "We start practicing as normal and grab the cameras afterwards. After their little 'date' yesterday, we can only assume they'd want to talk about it." Akari gagged at the thought of Lya and Coach on a date. I checked my phone to see it's 6:43 AM. Shit. I must've said that out loud because then everyone looked at me.

"We only have about 20 minutes left until Lya gets here, we need to hurry." I say. I started handing a camera to Marina. "Mari do you think you can sneak into coaches office and place the camera just above the door?"

"You sure you want Marina to do that Niah? Sneaky isn't really your best trait.." Diwata says as she chuckles. I glare at her and Marina turns as red as a tomato looking embarrassed. She's referring to last night.. well I mean, it isn't our fault? We've never had sex before so how were we supposed to know how loud we mo-

"Am I missing something here" Akari said as she smirks at Marina and I.

"NO WHAT! I- AKARI GO SET UP THE CAMERA IN HERE" I say embarrassingly. Diwata smirks at Akari. "I'll tell you later" as she winks. I roll my eyes and go over and help them with the camera.

Marina tip toe's into Coach Higgens office and slowly closes the door behind her. "How the hell am I supposed to put the camera all the way up there.." Seeing as Marina is extremely short. (She's 5'4) She looks around looking for a different place to place the camera while making as little sound as possible. She turns the camera on in case she forgets. The adrenaline in Marina's body grows and grows in fear of getting caught. She looks behind her and sees a shelf full of trophies and action figures. "Perfect." She thought to herself. She places the camera on the shelf behind one of the action figures as an attempt to make it as unnoticeable as possible. She looks at her phone to check the time. 6:53 AM. "I have to get back I've taken too long" She said quietly.

Just as she was about to leave the coach bursts open the door with a big grin on his face, slowly fading as he makes eye contact with Marina. "Marina?" He says raising one eyebrow. "What are you doing in my office without my permission?"

"I uh-" stuttered Marina. "I was just looking if you had a tissue Coach!! It was an uh, emergency yknow?"

He looked at her with suspicious eyes. "Sorry, I ran out of some yesterday. Just knock next time and if I don't answer, DONT COME IN." He said sternly.

"Yes Coach!!" Marina said she exited the room. She sighs with relief and quickly runs back to the dance room seeing as it's almost time Lya shows up.

"NO WAY" Akari shouts. "SHUT UP AKARI" I say. Welp, Diwata obviously told Akari about what happened to Marina and I last night. "Well I hope you know Niah, I've been shipping you for the longest time"says Akari. I glare at them both while trying to hide my smile. Marina comes bursting into the room almost out of breath.

"What happened are you okay?!" I say.

"Yeah all good, I almost got caught but DON'T WORRY, I didn't"

"Caught for what?" A voice says. "And why are you all here before me? What am I complaining for, you are all on TIME!!!"

I turned around and it was Lya holding all these bags. "What's the bags for Lya?"Diwata says. I swear she reads my mind sometimes. "Oh well um.." she stops for a moment. We all look at each other possibly thinking the same thing. "I just slept over at a friends house last night and I got my clothes here" she says.

I try my best not to make a face knowing who that "friend" is. "Enough questions, let's begin!! Tomorrow is our first official performance and if we look horrible, I'll never live this down"

It's like our plan went perfectly. Well part A of course. Lya finished our practice early as a "reward" for being on time today. As we were getting our bags and Diwata quickly grabbed the camera, Coach walked in. "Hey my lovely cheerleaders? You girls are ready for tomorrow's rally?" He says. "Lovely Cheerleaders" I mock in my brain. Disgusting. "Absolutely!!" Lya said.

"Lya, I just have a few questions do you mind if I see you in my office?" Lya couldn't help but smile. "On my way!" she says. "I'll see you guys at lunch!" as she blows us a kiss.

After she leaves we all look at each other awkwardly. "How long should we wait to get the camera from his office?" Marina says. She has a point, I mean we have to catch them doing something. It's disgusting but, it's evidence. "We'll wait about 5 minutes. That's all we need for now" We all nod our heads at each other and start getting our things.

Coach Higgens opened the door a creek as Marina knocked on it. She observed him and saw that his sweater her was wearing, is now off and is very ruffled. She shook her head and proceeded. "Coach sorry to bother you but, I dropped my earring when I was looking for tissue in here? Can I please look for it and I'll be on my way" Marina said.

Coach looked around the room as his eyes were flying everywhere. "Uhh, Yeah come on in" he said as he opened the door. Marina waved to Lya whose sweater is also now on the chair. Marina looked around to make sure they weren't watching her and grabbed the camera and shoved it in her pocket. "Oh would you look at that I found it !! Okay bye Lya see you at lunch" Marina says

Lya glared at Marina but managed to smile back and wave. Coach quickly closed the door and started talking loud to let Marina know they were having a conversation.

"You got it?" I say as Marina walked into the dance room as we were all walking out. "Yup" she said.

"So, what do we do now?" Akari said. "Go to the police?"

"Actually.." Diwata says. "I've got a better idea with a smirk on her face."
