It's Wednesday. Nothing too exciting happened yesterday. More shopping with mom. I got a hoody which I adore already. Two pairs of jeans and some shirts. It sucks, when I get back tomorrow I work, and the Jersey Shore season 3 premiere starts. Don't want to miss that.
Mom and I just finished eating subway. It's even better here in the U.S than it is in Canada. More varieties and selections to chose from. No text from Matt so far, I guess it means he's still asleep. I text him anyway.
"Hey <3"
Nothing. This summer has been nothing but perfect so far. Tomorrow is the 29th, Jersey Shore! I'm extremely excited for it.
He texted me.
"Hey gorgeous<3"
This boy knows how to make me melt inside.
"how are you?"
"still tired.. :( how about you?"
"you can't be serious? It's what.. 7 there? I'm good. Full!"
"just after 7, hehe I guess that means you ate"
"even worse. Yep. Subway"
"lol:( you drink the haterade. I'm jellin"
"I would never ;) was yum"
"hope so. And I could imagine. Now your making me hungry, thanks!"
"lol sorry. Eat something:)"
"Hm, ok. I'll select some things and you choose"
"deal"
"mr noodles, leftover kfc, kd, or or or or or an omelet"
"omelet for sure. Yuck to the leftover kfc!"
"I was thinking that too"
Moms asleep already. I guess that's a good idea since I chose to leave early tomorrow so I could get in work early, off just in time for the shore. The comment she made on my phone earlier was hilarious. I dropped it twice. One right after the other. Didn't leave a scratch nor come apart. She laughed when I picked it up and called it a brick. It was funny. The reaction on her face and the way she said it got me in hysterics. It's one of those time that you have to be there to laugh.
I comfortably lay on my bed after noticing how late it is. Just as I get comfy he texts me. Again, I'm not complaining. There's no one I would rather talk to more than him.
I fidget a little and half sit up.
"hi:)"
"hey you, how was your shower"
"amaze-ING. never felt better"
"that's good:)"
"would have been better with you"
Too far Matt. It gets awkward from here on.
"oh:p"
"yeah"
What should I even say to that?
"what are you up to?"
"just getting ready, friends party tonight. You?"
"laying in bed. Leaving early tomorrow so I can get some hours in early before jersey shore"
"fml. I definitely forgot about that. Season 3! F yes"
"you watch jersey shore?! Didn't expect that"
"of course. I actually have plans with some friends to watch it at cody's"
"sounds like fun! I think just me and Ellen are going to watch it"
"oh"
"Ellen is a girl"
"oh k good! I misread. Thought you said Allen"
"lol nope"
"that's a relief"
"sure :P"
"I never asked you, but do you drink?"
"yep. Not as often as you:P but I do here and there"
Shit. That was mean of me to say...
"thanks I think"
"random: you know that pic you sent me? Do you always spike your hair?"
At least my random question avoids the awkwardness.
"yeah since the 8th grade"
"it's very attractive. Spiked hair doesn't normally suit most guys, and you can sure pull it off"
"lol thanks. It turned into a habit that I couldn't get out of"
"well I like it:)"
"then it'll stay that way. I'll be your hedgehog!"
That put me in a fit of laughter.
"I'd like that:)"
"bad girl"
"not like that.. As in I wouldn't mind you being mine"
"oh"
That was a little straight forward. Hopefully the alcohol he consumes tonight will make him forget I said that.
