I walk happily over to my locker, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone. As soon as I get to my locker I change my books and turn off my phone before locking the padlock. I turn around and start to hear faint sobs. My head. I start to walk down the empty corridor and the faint sobs become loud cries. I turn left and yet again no ones there. I start to panic and finally catch a girl in the corner of the 'stay out room' which apparently is haunted. Me being stupid, I open the door and I walk over to the girl. I then kneel to her level.
"Hey, you ok?" I ask the girl. I couldn't make out her face but she seemed quiet.
"What do you want?" She hisses. I stand back at her sudden change. She finally raised her head, it was her but this time she was real. I fall back on my knees and quickly crawl out of the room. I lock the door and run down the school corridor, trying to go as far as I could. Away from her, before I knew it I get pushed to the floor. I turn my head to see Leigh. I sigh and get up and run somewhere no one will see me. I open the school exit doors and walk to a tree outside. I sit down and hug my knees. I sigh, trying to hold in my tears. I start to daydream until I hear the bell and finally stand up, walking over to the haunted school. I check my timetable only to realise I have Gym. Great! I walk alone down the crowded corridor, when I'm pulled to a room. I start to panic again. I turn to face the person to find it's Jack Gilinsky. I start breathing quickly, trying to hold in my tears. He pins me to the wall and looks at me confused. I turn my head away from him.
"Why are you scared?" He asks me faintly. I sigh.
"Don't touch me. Please..." I say.
"Do you think I'm going to hurt you?" He releases me and I run to Gym. I walk to the Changing room and wear my normal sports wear. I then walk onto the field, hoping Sammy or Emily have the same class. I search for them and finally see two familiar figures. I smile and jog over to them.
"Hi..." I say shyly.
"Hey!" Emily replies. She's so beautiful.
"So Sammy, were you late?" I asked.
"Actually, no because I took the car." I roll my eyes and carry on talking to Emily. I then realise someone was talking to Sammy. I turn to look at the person and see that it is the headteacher. No surprise. The head teacher loved the bad boy group but she just didn't show it very often. But it sure was obvious to me.
"Hey Suzie, how's dance going?" Miss asks me and I smile.
"It's good, thank you!" I say energetically, I then feel a presence behind me so I turn around to find the bad boy. Jack Gilinsky.
"I'm going to go now..." I say before walking over to Emily.
"So how's life?" She asks me and I laugh.
"Taking it one step at a time" She grins. I look at confused and she shrugs.
"Right students, we will be doing volleyball and we will be starting off with groups of three. So go find your partners." The gym teacher says. I sigh knowing everyone knows where there going. I try not to make it obvious that I have no one to go with. I look over at Sammy and he's smirking, his eyes glued on to someone behind. I shrug and look behind me.
"Jesus, Jack!" I yell.
"Did I scare you?" Jack asks smirking.
"No, you nearly gave me a heart attack that's all!" I say sarcastically. I hear boys chuckling behind me. What is wrong with everyone today?
"Why are you guys smirking?" I say annoyed at the fact no one would tell
me. Jack looks at me and raises his eyebrows.
"You don't know?" He asked and I looked at him confused.
"What?" I reply sheepishly.
"How long haven't you seen your brother Will?" He asks and I sigh.
"None of your business..." I reply again. He looks at with pleading eyes and I sigh.
"6 years..." I look down to my feet. Then I feel Jacks soft fingers lift my chin up. I smile at him.
"That's a long time..." He sighs. I nod.
"Well, erm... We need to do work..." I say. I turn around and realise no one was listening or looking. Thank God. Then I feel someone's hand on mine. It felt like the world was starting again. I bite my lip and turned to look at a smirking Jack. Right now I felt like kissing him, but wasn't that my mood everyday. I liked Jack, but that's the thing. The last time I got into a relationship my whole life changed. I regretted it.
"How about you come over to mine today after school before you go Paris?" He says in a French accent. I giggle and agree.
"Want to be in my group?" I heard a boy say. I turn and look at a fit boy with brown hair and dark eyes. I got to say he was hot. I turn to say bye to Jack and he's giving the boy a death glare.
"Ok....bye" I say pushing Jack away from us. The teacher then called us over to the sand volleyball area. She explained how we were supposed to do the match. I sat listening although I was bored.
"Psst..." I heard someone say beside me. I turn to look at the boy who asked me to be in his group.
"I'm Tom, nice to meet you cutie" He said smirking. I felt myself blushing and I finally had the guts to roll my eyes. I look over at Sam and his group which consisted of Jack G, Jack J and Nate. I guess there was an odd number so they went together. They were staring at me like crazy. They were also giving Tom death glares making me question whether he was a good guy. The teacher finally finished explaining what to do and let us start our match.
"Right, Tom's group verses Samuel's group." I giggle at the fact the teacher calls him Samuel. But then I realised I was against my friends. I got in my position and made sure my ass was covered. Johnson started with the ball, so personally it was easy for me. He hit the ball up in the air and Sammy hit it over to us. Tom then hits it to a boy next to him and then I realise the balls coming over to me. I could score our first goal. I slam the ball in the air and hit it as far as it can go. I close my begging it was a goal. I then her cheering and sigh in relief. We carry on like this until our group ended up winning 8-6, which we could have done better.
"Well done babe!" Tom says and I roll my eyes. I then feel a hand on my shoulder dragging me over to the water fountain. I knew exactly who it was. Sam Wilkinson.
"Wake up!" Sammy said throwing water at me. I gasp.
"What the fuck was that for?!" I yell. He clenches his fist and I know it's time for me to shut up.
"Could you get anymore blind? He's going to use you!" Sammy shouts. Right now I felt like slapping someone.
"Firstly I'm not blind and secondly I'm not even dating him!" I say as loud as Sammy shouted. He scoffs.
"Well that looked like flirting to me over there!" He said pointing at where the nod were.
"Why are you doing this?" I whisper. He sighs and holds my hand.
"Because I care Suzie, you are only girl I trust besides my mum and sister." He says softly. I nod and walk away. The teacher finally dismisses us so I go over to the changing room. I take a quick shower and get changed into my school clothes. I then walkout expecting people to know about the issue that happened in P.E but no. Not one word. I sighed in relief and walked out of the changing room.
