Ace came running in our room and started jumping on the bed.
"Ace stop jumping" I quietly groaned out as I heard Rio groaning.
"Daddy, daddy wake up" Ace said while sitting on his back.
Rio groaned as he flipped Ace off his back and got up.
Rio picked Ace up and started tickling him. "Let's let mama sleep while we have fun downstairs?" Rio smiled as Ace giggle.
I smiled at both my boys and then closed my eyes. ~ I finally woke back up to Esperanza calling me.
I rolled over and answered the call.
"Hey sis" I groaned out as I got up and went to the bathroom.
"Hey, I'm coming over with Mae and Britney so Ace can play with them"
"Can't wait, I love you"
"I love you too" she said back before she hung up.
I will forever thank Rio for saving her life. She was in a coma for a year until she finally woke up which was exciting. But she had to go through different types of therapy.
Now she's back with her husband and 2 kids. She just had Britney just a year after I had Ace.
I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and changed into a black short dress with black heels.
My heels echoed off the stairs which made Ace and Rio look over at me with powder sugar all over there faces. I giggled. Ace was on top of Rios shoulders.
Rio carefully placed Ace of the group and whispered in his ear which made him run over to me.
"Mama, you look beautiful... daddy thin-think so too" Ace smiled with no front teeth.
I kneeled down and pinched his cheeks and kissed them leaving my red lipstick on his chubby cheeks.
"Go get dressed your cousins are coming over"
He nodded and climbed up the stairs to his room.
I looked over at Rio to see him covered in powder sugar. The whole kitchen was a disaster.
I walked over to him and softly kissed his powder sugar lips. I slowly pulled away as I licked his lips taking in the powder sugar.
"What are you guys making?" I looked around and giggled.
"We attempted to make cookies and..." he opened the over to see oddly shaped cookies.
I couldn't help but look at him and laugh.
"You laughing at our cookies?"
I covered my mouth and looked at him.
He looked at me with a pale look before dumping the whole powder sugar on me.
