Chapter 27

Ross' POV

"What's wrong with her Riker?!" I said worried. "She uhhh She.......she's in the hospital, she tried overdosing on pain pills." He said trying not to scare me.
"What why?!!!"...."Wait! She tried killing herself??!, because of me!......"

I couldn't believe she had tried to kill herself I guess this pain was just too much for her.... this is all my fault this is all my stupid fault! She tries killing herself because of me! I don't deserve to be with her, all I do is hurt her and she doesn't deserve this. I don't deserve to be with someone that special and hurt her like I have!

"Ross! you have to go see her bro" Rocky said. "No Rocky I can't if not she will die!" I said trying to keep my shit together. I know that if I even get near her, her mom will try to do something to hurt her. Hhhhmm what a so called mom.......

"Ross stop being so stubborn go, she needs you now more than ever!" Rydel said. "Yes Ross she needs you that's why she did what she did because she loves and can't live without you!" Ratliff added. "You guys don't get it do you if I get any where near her, her mom will kill her and then she'll will actually be dead. Right now I just have a little bit of peace in me knowing she's alive!"

"How can you have any peace at all?!! She is in the hospital because she felt like she didn't deserve to live Ross! What makes you think that she won't try it again and again what if next time she's not in the hospital huh? what if next time she ends her life and then you will feel guilty!! Then you will know what it is to feel the pain of losing her forever!" Rydel said getting mad at me.

"But Rydel you do-" I tried speaking before she cut me off. "Ross I'm your sister and I love you but am gonna be straight up with you how can you say you love her if you constantly keep hurting her!? Carrie is an amazing girl who loves you she deserves to be happy not miserable like you're making her! Ross she deserves you to try your best to keep her near you she deserves you not letting anything get in the way of that future she dreams of having with you! Ross wake up and smell the fucking coffee she loves you and she doesn't deserve this crap you're doing to "protect" her." Rydel said as everyone got quiet.

I looked at Rydel in surprise but she's right am not protecting her by leaving her am hurting her more! The only place she safe is here with me next to me! I guess it was my cowardness of what her mom will do to her that I kept letting in my head. The only place she feels safe is with me and now I have left her alone and vulnerable to all her fears that's why she did what she did.

I looked at Rydel...."You're right." I said putting my head down. "Then what are you waiting for go get your girl!" She said grabbing my hand and giving me a confident smile. I smiled back and ran to get my keys I got into my car this is it am gonna go get Carrie back am finally gonna go get the love of my life and be happy with her forever no one will be able to separate us now!

I started driving to the hospital.

Carrie's POV

I woke up in a hospital room. No what how could i have survived?!! I took so many pills I was sure this would have been the end for me.... Who saved me I looked around and saw my mother sotting next to me.

"Mother what are you doing here?" I asked. "Carrie I love you I would never want anything bad to happen to you after all you are my daughter" She said putting her hand on my leg. I flinched at her gesture, am not really used to her doing this now a days.

The doctor came in he is handsome I have to admit soon after admiring his good looks I started thinking about Ross and my sadness came back this hopeless feeling I felt before came back like a storm!! "Hello Carrie! I'm Doctor Andrews how are you feeling?" He asked. "Am feeling okay" I answered plainly. He got near me and started checking my heart rate and writting things down on his clipboard.

He injected something into my arm it stung a little."You're gonna feel better in no time!" He said. "I'll leave you and your mom to talk I'll come back later to check how you're doing." He added leaving the room.

"So carrie I was thinking you can go and live with us, your father and I are moving to another country with your sister." She said sweetly to me.

"Uhhh I don't know mother this is uhhh quite rushed!" I said "Please Carrie there we can be a happy family common give us a chance and you wont regret it I promise!!" She said pleading for me to leave with her. I kind of do wanna leave then it will be easier for me to forget about Ross and then all this sadness inside me will go away!

"So what do you say sweetie? Do you wanna move with us to France?" Mother asked. "Uhhhhmmmm YES Mommy I do!" I said forgetting about everything she did and forgiving her once it for all because at the end of the day she is my mother and I love her and we were really close before Ross came in the picture.

Mother left and talked to the doctor and she came back with a big oh smile on her face. "Honey I convinced the Doctor to let you out right now so we can leave as soon as possible everythings all ready we were just waiting for your answer." She said.

"Great! Someone will be in here in a minute to unplug all these machines and mean while I'll tell amy to bring you some clean clothes." She said leaving the room.

I took a deep breath "I guess an leaving to France!" I said trying to make the best of it.

Ross' POV

I get to the parking lot of the hospital in about an hour and a half. I park somewhat far because there was no parking. "Hello Miss I'm here to visit someone." I say politely to the lady behind the counter at the hospital. "Okay what's the patient's name?" She asked typing on her computer.

"Carrie Smith!" I said excited. "I'm sorry honey she has been checked out of this hospital already by her mother earlier today." She said. "Okay Thankyou I frowned walking to the door."

"I can't believe I lost her!......" A tear went down my cheek.
