Chapter 22

Ross' POV

"Doctor what happened tell me!" I demanded. The doctor looked down "We did the best we could but we couldn't save her...." He said. "Who?!!!" I yelled. "Your daughter am so sorry for you loss Mr. Lynch! You wife is now installed in room 208C in the third floor. She needs you!" He said patting my shoulder.

I looked at him with tearing eyes and stormed off to Carrie's room. And saw her with tears un her eyes. "Babe is it true what the doctor said....." I said walking slowly towards her. She looked up at me and nodded my immediate reaction was to hug her. "Babe Juliet was our beautiful babygirl and she will always be in our hearts okay!" I said trying to. Comfort her.....

_____Two Weeks Later______

It's the first day back home after what happened. Carrie is still sad and don't get me wrong I am too the arriving of Juliet was something we both looked forward too but god took her away from us and maybe it was for a reason. A few days ago we found the she wasn't mine but even if that was the situation she was MY babygirl!

I know we will get through this rough time and learn from this because it's just a lesson god is sending us even if it hurts more than anyone can imagine! I know Carrie and I will get through this together most importantly.

I walked with a trey of food to our room where Carrie has been the whole time! She only gets up to shower. She doesn't eat much either. I left the food, kissed her forehead an left to the living room.

I was sitting on the couch paying bills on the laptop when Carrie comes walking in "babe..." She said getting my attention. " Can we go to the beach?" She asked. Her question got me by surprise. "Sure baby lets go!" I said closing my laptop flashing her a comforting smile. "Okay I'll go get changed." She said walking into our room.

I walked right behind her to change into something more appropriate for the beach. We both hurried and changed. Once we were done she got her bag and I got my keys and we were on our way!!

We got there and Carrie looked happy after all that pain we went through she finally looked happy and seeing her happy made ME happy!

Carrie's POV

We walked through the beach just talking about life in general. It was such an amazing moment I shared with the love of my life! We walked but then something started to feel wrong!

It felt like someone was watching us. I looked around but didn't see anybody. I didn't say a word to Ross just not to ruin this special moment with my paranoia. It was finally time to leave after watching the sunset with my boyfriend.

We walked to the car it was lonely and it kind of creeped me out we got safely to the car and drove home. We got there exhausted ready for bed specially with Ross having band rehearsal with R5 the next day. I was super exited to see them. I missed Rydel most of all!

We got home and I still felt that someone was watching us I tried to just let it slide since we were home safe and sound!

We got ready for bed and off to sleep we went since we were both exhausted from the beach! I felt like I had lost a couple pounds from all that walking!

I hugged Ross and slowly we both drifted into a deep sleep well deserved!!!

I woke up to Ross' singing in the shower. He was really loud but I didn't really mind since his singing was perfection. I got up and washed my face and teeth. "Babe are you almost done?" I asked. He opened the shower curtain and peeked his head out "Yes almost my love why?" He asked. "Because we're gonna be late for rehearsal!!" I replied.

He hurried and finished. By the time he was done I was all ready. "I can't believe you take more than me to get ready Ross?!!" I said giving him and evil look. "Duhh I need to look beautiful!" He said in a girly voice. I bursted out in laughter. He flashed me

A huge smile. I knew he was happy to hear me laugh since I hadn't laughed in forever!!

"Am happy you're happy my love" Ross said planting a kiss on my cheek. We headed to a studio near by that's where the band rehearses. We went in and everyone received us with hugs and kisses! After a while of talking they were gonna start rehearsal. "Okay guys we're gonna rehearse Forget About You! Okay! 5,6,7,8!" Ratliff said and the music started playing. They are really good!

They were about to start a new song but I interrupted. "Ross am gonna run outside to the car for my phone okay love?" I yelled over various instruments playing. "Okay baby be careful!" Ross yelled back. I smiled and walked to parking lot.

I walked and hurried to get my phone from the car. Ufff I got it and started to walk back. "Carrie it's nice seeing you again!" I heard a deep voice say behind me. My eyes widened and legs started to shake it's a voice I never wanted to hear again!!!

Sorry I didn't update I've been mega busy with work and a boy who's interested in me lol 😳 but promise to update more often! So so sorry and also this story might take a wild turn but we'll see then.
