Aadya loves evening walks. Her curious mind tried to find a reason for it. But to her bad luck she was never able to discover the reason behind her love. But, today is different. She finally found the reason for her love. It is because of the people she meet during her walks. Aadya is someone who notices people crossing her , rather than noticing stores or malls on her path. As a result, Aadya could never remember the building or shop names she crosses, unless she personally visits them.
Today, she is particularly happy because, one of her favourite couple became parents of a cute baby girl. The happiness she saw on those couple's faces made her hectic day very happy. She met them long back during one of her evening walks. She has never spoken to them nor she is planning to do so. They were strangers to her and will remain the same. Yet, she was impressed by the hard working nature of the couple.
These couple own a small carpenter shop on the roadside. When she first started noticing this shop, she noticed a dad and son duo working. She doesn't know if these people rest or not, because whenever she sees them, they will be working. And on one fine day she noticed a smile and relief on the son's face. He was more lively on that day. She thought that they bagged a big offer. But, she understood the real reason for his smile when she saw his new wife sitting with him in the shop. It has been one and half years since she started noticing this shop, she didn't find any changes in the work that is going on but the smile on those people's face is increasing day by day. And that's why people say that money can't buy real happiness or love.
One day, if it's possible on her fate, she hopes to meet that one, who will make her forget all her worries and will fill her void heart. And that's what is encouraging her that she will not be a orphan for too long. Returning to home without someone waiting for you is the biggest pain you could ever feel.
As Aadya continues her walking thinking about the pending files to be completed before the due date, her eyes fall on a young man sitting on a park's bench which she usually prefers to sit after a long walk. Something about him makes her feel familiar. She knows that she has met him somewhere, but she is not sure where. The most intriguing part is not about the familiarity but the position he is in.
He is broken, totally. That kind of broken where you think that there is no coming back to your normal self. Aadya is not someone to poke her nose on other's business, yet she makes her mind to look closer, to make sure that he is not in need of any assistance. As Aadya comes closer to him, she understood who he is and where she met him. How could she even forget this guy? He was the one who convinced her to donate her brother's organs to people in need, and was giving her a lecture about how selfish she was when she decided not to donate. The words he used that day will forever stay on her mind. She agreed to donate her brother's organs anyway. She was not selfish but all she needed then was time to process that her whole family died. But, that guy was insensitive. And that was the last time she met him.
