"Come on." Vern says as Alexis and April follow him into the lab before they take cover as Eric begins shooting at them.
"Seriously you three... You're adorable really. I could just pinch your cheeks! I understand a couple of girls with dead parent issues. I do. But you're not gonna stop me. This is history repeating itself. Your father walked in on me April just like you did. It took a few less bullets to take him down though." Eric says as the group are trying to avoid being shot at by him.
"You killed my father." April says angrily as Eric comes around the corner to shot her only for Alexis to shift to wolf form and attack him.
"Filthy mutt." Eric shouts as he kicks Alexis off him and narrowly misses her with a bullet but instead grazes her shoulder with it causing her to yelp.
"O'Neil!" Vern shouts as April turns on the fire extinguishers and he knocks Eric out.
"Are you okay?" April asks as Alexis shifts to human form and goes over to Vern seeing he was shot.
"You've been shot." Alexis says as she looks at Vern's shoulder.
"Look just go get some help and take the mutagen with you." Vern says as he hands April the mutagen case.
"What about you? We can't just leave you here like this." Alexis says.
"You don't have a choice. Just go. Go!" Vern says as April nods.
"Come on Alexis. Let's go find the brothers." April says as Alexis follows after her.
