At the psychiatric clinic
Nora was hesitated to talk frankly in front of her brother Farouk who was anxious about his dearest sister . The doctor felt how embarrassed Nora was and begged Farouk to leave a room ; " you could stay out side to drink a cup of tea till finishing my session with Mrs.Nora ". Nora was injected with a sedative injection to alleviate the embarrassing sense and empowered her to talk about her self .
During her speech , the doctor was clearly observed the gestures she made by her hands. He noticed her anxiety and began talking about her bad dream which became apparently annoying a nightmare every night after the husband's death . He said to her , these are group questions listen to .

I remember the way of his eyes looking at me that day . After Mr.Hossam's leaving home , I entered my husband's room to awake him up to have his medicines on time , unfortunately, my husband didn't awake and it was his eternal sleeping , he died as a result of his illness of cancer . After the funeral had been finished and the servant took her weekly wage , she told me that she suspected Mr.Hossam killed my husband because he stayed into Mr.Osama's room more than hour and she heard my husband shouting at him , that was enough of him , leave my house rightnow , then both became silent and Mr.Hossam get out of the room and sat at a hall asking me a cup of Coffee . But the forensic doctor said he died as outcome of his illness... Nora said and continued her speech ;
At beginning, I didn't believe her speech but my suspect had been increased when I remembered his words . He found my husband sleeping , he was a liar , but I avoided the idea of killing my husband . It may be a fight or just speech loudly .
After two months passed over my husband's death , I met Mr.Hossam at the supermarket where he bought some goods and he asked me to meet me at a calm place where he could talk to me seriously about an essential matter relating to my husband. The doctor wanted me to give up talking ; please , take a rest to resume our session next week . I think that is enough today . The doctor said to Nora.
Dr Samuel I can't come again, it was a just bad dream that worried me and my brother , I will overcome it and neglect its impact on me .People in our society looked to those who going to the Psychiatrist are abnormal and I am a mother of a child besides visiting you may affect my relation to my son . I'm not mad or depressed woman . She stopped talking and Doctor said to Nora , " I think your opinion is further than the logically reasonable thinking "
During the strict discussion between the Doctor and Mrs.Nora , Mr.Farouk entered the room and heard a part of their speech and guessed the rest and interfered their speech trying to lessen his sister's anxiety.

Invited her to have a lunch at a restaurant trying to make her feel happy and relaxed.
But she insisted on returning home rapidly because her son may bother your family .
While they were coming back to home , they saw many people standing in front Mr.Farouk's house and an ambulance. Farouk thought his wife might be sick or one of daughters and his sister thought it might be her son . The bad thoughts came into their minds when both saw the crowded people around the ambulance in front the house's door but he relaxed as soon as he saw his wife and hugged her two daughters but Nora screaming Omar .. Omar . Omar .. what happened to Omar ? She couldn't hear of what happened to her son because the ambulance carried her son whose injuries were badly and rode with her son into the ambulance to the hospital . Her brother and his wife followed her in their own car leaving two daughters at home . When all arrived at hospital , Omar was bleeding so much Blood and fainted . But the rapid aids would be fulfilled and Omar became much better after receiving the treatment. Omar started talking to his mother; it was my fault mother, I was playing into the room and tried to jump from the window to the garden and I fell on the ground and my head was hit by a big stone was found near the place where I landed on strongly. That all what had been occurred. Nora thanked the doctor and a nurse who examined her son as soon as entered the emergency room and associated her son to home and apologised to her brother and wife for her son's behaviour.
