I turned around and looked at Simon, he was still smiling. I looked at my mother, she looked like someone had died. But it was worth it, if this means that I can finally be with Simon it was all worth it.
I was supposed to walk down the podium and go join my parents again, but honestly, all I wanted to do was to be with Simon. I turned around and started waking into the school, I nodded to Simon to show him to follow me, he understood. I took his hand and we walked through the school. I had no idea where we were going, but honestly I didn't care at all. We walked to the bus stop and took the bus to Bjärstad.
On the bus I leaned my head on his shoulder and he played with my hair, it was all perfect. Everything was finally how it should be, me and him against the world.
