Why Him ? L.K Adaptation

Everyone is looking at me. Don't they know that my
legs are shaking inside my dress? Bright lights on me, the crowd staring at me from head to toe, couple of paparazzi and people with camera taking photos of me.

Lalice Kim, the name Hyunsuk gave me the day I
left 6 years ago. He said that he is going to turn me in a different person. No one will know about me and recreate a new image. He gave me the name and I have no other choice to agree with it and I really believed that he is going to help me.

But one of the things learned in my 6 years of
being with Hyunsuk, I have learned on speaking in a
lot of crowd but still... There is an awkward feeling in me that makes me nervous and be conscious of my surroundings..

Mingyu introduced me on stage and I stood infront
if the microphone "G-good evening, ladies and
gentlemen. My dear Hyunsuk was busy and tired
from this project he was working and from our
flight from Paris. And most of you already know that Hyunsuk... is not as young as most of us are..." I paused for second when most of them laugh at what I just said "...I am here for Hyunsuk because he wants to thank the people who invited him and those who are still continue on supporting him in his company...."

And so on, my speech went on. Hyunsuk made the
speech I said and good thing I didnt embarrassed
myself. That stupid old pervert geezer. I really hate
him.

"Good job, babe" Mingyu smiled as I stepped down
from the stage and kissed me on my cheek making
punch his chest. This man always clings to me like a
Koala stop doing that" I told him "if one of Hyunsuk
guards sees you doing that we are both dead"
Mingyu just laughed "He already knows that we
are just great friends." he said casually. Well he's
right. Hyunsuk know that we are just friends
Mingyu and I met in Paris. His family also owns
successful business as well and Relative of Hyunsuk. He is working to Hyunsuk now and now came with us here back home and this guy just arrived earlier. He is a total nuts. But he is a good friend of mine.

Speaking of friend, I miss Rose so much. 6
years... Many things can happen in 6 years. Still
He wont let me visit them even my own parents.

"Ms. Lalice" someone called me from behind.

Turning around, I saw a woman making her way
towards me that looks like in her late 30s or early
40s looking elegant and beautiful.

"Who is she?" I whispered on ethan who just
shrugged his shoulders. Geez, he told me earlier
before coming is, the reason he came where with me is to help me. And he is giving the help I need note the sarcasm

"Hi Ms. Lalice, my name is Dara. Dara Park, and I
am good friends with Hyunsuk a very long time ago,
and I'm so glad to meet you" she smiled kindly as we
shook hands

"Hi, Dara" I awkwardly smiled. Now, everyone thinks that I am dating Hyunsuk. eewww! Gross!

"Is Hyunsuk fine? Its good to know that he still can
travel and work at his age" she laughed making me to laugh as well
