"Sorry if you're asked this a lot, but how do we pronounce your names?" Mark had been trying to not ask as to not be rude.
"Oh no worries man, any names in particular you're struggling with" gyeonsu is being a social butterfly as usual.
"Uhm, the tall guy. Suh something? And the hyo girl with the pink shirt"
"What about you guys?" Mark is asking his friends.
"Same thing"
Kaleb nodded in agreement
"Its Suh-hyeok. Like suhyeo"
"Suhyeok"
"Yeah thats it!"
"Fuck yeah"
"And the girl?" The shortest kid, Kaleb is asking now
"Hyo-ryung"
"Hyo-rung?"
"Pronunciation is a bit off but you've got it"
"Better than nothing at-least i got it somewhat."
Suddenly mark looks like he just had the most innovative idea ever.
"Lets get to know each-other a bit better! what part of Korea are you from?"
Oh no. Oh no, Suhyeok was told to say any town but to keep it consistent.
"Incheon"
"Oh? Where's that in Korea?"
"Do you know where seoul is?"
"Kinda"
"Its around an hour drive from there"
"Oh thats so cool dude! What's it like there?"
In moments like these Suhyeok hates questions.
"It's nice, every city has its downfalls but i think it's a good place to grow up"
Suhyeok has absolutely no idea what Incheon is like.
"I'm guessing you're all born here?"
"No actually!"
Mark has been waiting to talk about this forever, but no one ever asks.
"Im from Canada but i moved here when i was twelve."
"Oh that's cool!"
Suhyeok has always wanted to travel there. Its so pretty in photos. Apparently the people are pretty polite.
"What's it like there?"
"The winters are so fucking cold that my hair would freeze from my own breath, and the summers were as hot as the devils ass. When i walked to school i fell on my ass every time. And when it was the fall it would rain, snow, and be sunny "
"Sounds like you lived in the most indecisive country ever"
"I can complain for hours, but i really love it there. Its beautiful as long as you're not in a big city"
"Were the people as nice as everyone make them seem?"
"I don't think we're actually that nice, its mainly Americans who think we are. That's because they lack basic manners"
"Damn really throwing shade at me and josh" Kaleb covered his heart in fake hurt. And gasped dramatically
"Oh come on you know what i mean"
