Your POV

You started to eat the contents of your lunch when GoGo's phone went off. She immediately picked it up, looked at it, and ran off. "Huh," You thought, "Weird."

You continued to eat, occasionally reading a few chapters of your favorite book, (Httyd/Percy Jackson- The Lightning Thief). When you were finished, you chatted with Honey Lemon until lunch was over and went back to your lab. When you did, you saw a note hanging on your desktop computer. You picked it up and smiled at Hiro's messy handwriting.

Hey, Y/N. Sorry I canceled late, I was.....busy. Anyways, can you meet me at the top of the bridge after college? I need someone to talk to.

You smiled, knowing just what to use for the trip to the top of the bridge. After college, you jumped on your S/F/C (Bike/Scooter) and dashed home. When you got home, you jumped off and opened your dusty garage to see your favorite invention- the floating snowboard. As you mounted and locked on, you thought about how Hiro had used the word "sincerely" in his letter. Why didn't he use "your friend," or "your pal?" Did he think that you weren't his friend? Did he see you as something else, did he want something else? You shook the thought away and turned on the hydro-electric-power-or-something-that's-probably-way-too-complicated-for-the-author's-taste-switch and the board started to hover.

You leaned forward and it picked up speed. The gray and blue board went faster and faster until you were going as fast as a car. Then, you pulled up with your legs as if you were jumping and the board went higher. The San FranSokyo bridge was in view. You grinned, seeing a certain red-and-purple robot at the top alongside a crouched figure. You finally got to the bridge and halted the board (with your mind, ooooh!). As you flicked the switch, Hiro turned and, instead of waving, quickly looked away. You looked at his hunched back, sensing something was wrong because you're totally someone from the x-men. You knelt down next to him and poked his shoulder. Hiro revealed his face to you, visible tears streaming down his cheeks.

"Hiro, what's wrong?" You asked worriedly, sitting down. Hiro muttered two shaky words out before bursting into a waterfall of tears.

"Miss.....Tadashi."

You hugged Hiro close as he cried into your shoulder. You felt tears stinging your eyes, threatening to fall as well, but didn't let them pass through your eye...things. All you could do at the moment was hold Hiro as he cried, releasing the pain of his entire life.

A/N YAY I FINALLY UPDATED!!! Yeah I'm sick right now, so I can stay in bed and read/write fanfiction! YAY! Also, sorry for advertising, I'm writing a HTTYD/Dreamworks Characters/Disney Characters collab, where Hiccup, Merida, Hiro, Jack Frost, Elsa, Rapunzel, Flynn, Tooth Fairy, and Easter Bunny (Who is human, so don't freak out) are put into the Hunger Games! But this time, dragons are there! YaY!
