chapter 7 magic

Jeff pov.

Jeff pulled into a house and parked. He knocked on the door and two girls came out.

Julie: what are you doing here? She says not in a so happy time to see Jeff.

Jeff: good to see you too. Jeff says sarcastically.

Sam: ok just tell us why are you here?

Jeff: I need your help with something.

Julie: with what?

Jeff: finding Xander.

Sam: come in , we'll talk inside.

Jeff , Julie , and Sam walks inside.

Jeff , same and Julie are sitting down on the couch.

Julie: how do you know he's back?

Jeff: because , barcode has a vision , it was of Xander.

Sam: barcode?

Jeff: yeah , he's the one that Xander turned. And , there's something else.

Sam: what?

Jeff: Angela is his mother. Silence filled the room.

Julie: does he have her magic?

Jeff: I don't know , he doesn't even know that his mother was a witch. He has visions , that's his power.

Sam: and he saw Xander?

Jeff: yes , but he doesn't know who he is. I think Xander wants barcode to join his pack. I know how he is.

Julie: and if we track him , what are you going to do? Kill him.

Jeff: I'm going to give him a warning to leave barcode alone. and if doesn't , then yes , I'll kill him.

Jeff: so can you track him with your magic or not?

Julie: fine , we'll track him.

Julie and Sam are holding hands and sitting in front of a map. They draw their blood and let it drip on the map. They then close their eyes and start chanting a tracking spell.

Julie/Sam: skso wowo diix ei eiwoo. Jeff watches the map as the blood doesn't move. They finish the spell and looks at the map.

Jeff: why isn't it working?

Julie: he must have known we were going to track him. He's using magic to block his location. We can't track him with his kind of magic.

Jeff: thanks for trying , I'd better go. Barcode should be getting home from school soon.

Julie: when are you going to tell him about his mom? She says as they walk outside.

Jeff: i don't know. I'll tell him when he's ready to know and when Xander backs off of him. Jeff says turning around and walking to his car.

Jeff had just got home. He walks in and sees Jessie , tong and mile.

Tong: where'd you go to?

Jeff: no where. Where's barcode , he should be home.

Tong: we thought maybe you picked him up , he hasn't came home yet. Jeff then gets a little worried.

Jeff: have you checked his room?

Mile: yes , he isn't in there. Jessie looks at him worried.

Jeff searches the whole house and there's no trace of barcode anywhere.

Barcode begin opening his eyes. Barcode squinted his eyes when a beam of light hit them. He opened them all the way up and looked around the room with his eyes. He was tired up with rope. He moved his wrist and winces in pain when it burned his wrist. The rope was cocverd in vervain. His wrist were turning red and was burning. ( Vampires are allergic to vervain).

Barcode looked at the door that was on the other side of the room. He was scared and just wanted to go home , his house. He wanted to walk in and see his mom , his dad and brother. His missed them all.

The door then opened , a guy walked in , he had a black leather jacket on , bkues jeans and a brown hair. He had dark eyes and looked about on his 20-30's. Barcode could sense he was a vampire.

Xander: we finally meet.

Barcode: w-who are you? And what do you want?

Xander: don't sorry , I'm not gonna hurt you , well not yet.

Barcode: just tell me what you want.

Xander: I heard your power is visons , am right?

Barcode: y-yes.

Xander: any other powers?

Barcode: no , I don't know ok , just let me go. Barcode says getting impatient with this guy.

Barcode: who are you?

Xander: I'm Xander. Xander says smirking evilly.

Barcode: y-your the one who bit me!

Xander: well killed but yes , I am the one who turned you.

Barcode: why!

Xander: because , I want you in my pack.

Barcode: that's not gonna happen. Xander starts laughing.

Xander: I wasn't asking. Xander says in a darker voice. Chills went up barcode when his voice got darker.

Barcode: I don't want to be part of your stupid pack!

Xander: oh don't worry , you don't have to be part of my pack , I just need you long enough to take your magic. And then I might feed you to the wolf's or something painful.

Barcode: what magic! I don't have no magic. And even if I did , I wouldn't give it to you!

Xander: that's what your mother said to , now look where she is.

Barcode: what do you mean my mother!

Xander: I'll see you soon little one. He says walking out.

Barcode: what did you mean about my mother!! Barcode screams as Xander walks out.
