So I had a really bad headache today and thought I was losing my mind until my friend saw it too. This morning I heard a low growl sound and it startled me but looking around I didn't see anything, so I let it go. Then my friend came over and we were talking and I had seen a shadow peek its head around the corner and then go back behind and disappear. Then I was walking around my house and a shadow had walked in front of me and like stopped to stare but kept on walking. After that happened I was talking with my friend and my chest felt heavy and I felt like on edge and like I was being watched.
