Milo's POV

I slammed the alarm clock off, god are they annoying. Macey purred as she rubbed herself along the alarm clock and then my neck. What day is it? Begrudingly, i slipped out of bed and headed to my calender. It's a...Satuerday, thank goodness. Wait, that means...

"Its the Pride Parade today!"

Macey jumped suprise and landed back onto the bed as she was on before. She hissed at me before i rushed to the bathroom to get my makeup ready. Oh, i'm just so excited! Now, where is my makeup brush?

Sam's POV

Today was a Saturday, so i slept in. However, those plans were ruined when i heard one of my neighbours scream at the top of their fucking lungs this morning. Why would anyone be awake at fucking 7am? Anyways, after that i couldnt fall asleep so i played my playstaion.

"What?"
"Hey Sam! It's Milo, i just wanna ask... do ya wanna come to the Pride Parade at the park today with me? My friends bailed on me for something."
Pride Parade? I got up and checked my calender, i swear its next week.
"Hello?"
"Oh, um sorry. Sure? Where is it anyways?"
I heard some rusling before some footsteps.
"At St.Andrews Park, can ya make it?" He asked.
Hurriedly, i looked through today on my calender. It was empty, for today at least.
"Think so-"
"Great, see ya at 11!"
Milo hangs up, and im left standing there questioning what the fuck just happened. I guess this was a chance to warm up to him? No, that sounds shit. Maybe become closer with him? I don't know, but i didnt have time to think something up. I had to get ready for the parade, and that takes longer then you think.

(At the pride parade)

Milo's POV
I put in a donation of £5 before entering the event. On a bench, sat Sam holding a bag. He spotted me and waved me over, which was a first in our friendship. When i reached him, he handed me a pepsi.
"Glad you could make it, sam!" I cheerfully said, sam sliding his hand onto the back of his neck as i spoke. He said that he had nothing much to do today, and he needed some flags for decor anyways.
"What's your sexuality, if you don't mind me asking Milo?" Sam questioned, "I myself am bisexual and asexual."
I looked at the grass, cmon Milo you can do this!
"I'm gay and also asexual!" I was thinking of telling him more, but it's too early to tell him. I don't wanna lose what we have beause of me.
