I sat in my table waiting for the call from my parents.
"Hello?" my mother called from the crystal ball. I turned towards the ball.
"Hello mother, how are you?" I replied to her, "oh I am fine, how about you my little snake? Are you sick?" "Good to hear mother, I'm fine and no i havent gotten sick in a month, it seems my condition is getting better." "Oh! That is very good news, would you like me to call Wednesday or Pugsley?" "Actually I would rather talk to you about something..." "Oh? What is it?" "It's about this power i seem to have gained." "I see, well parents weekend is next week so we will talk then. Goodbye son." "Goodbye mother."
A few days later, it is finally parents weekend. I packed my sanitizers and masks in my bag incase I get sick. I walked over to an empty table and sat down. After a few seconds parents begin swarming the quad and I looked around hoping to find my parents and siblings.
Even though its parents weekend my parents bring my siblings because they know someone will die if no one is watching them. I finally saw them and waved at them hopefully to get their attention. When they noticed me they walked towards me while i see Pugsley being more interested in the food.
I greeted my parents and ignored the gremlins. Though I feel Wednesday glare at me. We caught up wit what was going through the months we didn't see eachother and found out my sister had been hurting people. I could have never been more proud.
While the fun was going on I remembered about the conversation I was going to have with my mother, she called me over to the side and we began talking about the power I gained.
I begin telling her about what has been happening to me. It just comes to me randomly, she said she couldn't help me because her power was different.
After the weekend was over we said our goodbyes and they left.
I went back to my dorm room and sighed, talking to my family was tiring especially with all the people whispering around us.
Also did I mention, my family is well known here. I heard from them that my family donated alot to this school which I didn't know.
As i was sanitizing my hands, suddenly I dodged a attack from someone. I look towards the direction of the attack. "Well shit-" I managed to squeeze out before I blacked out.
