BRUCE

The day Cedric started conniving with his crooked mate to overthrow his brother is the same day I started hating on him. I didn't hate him that much before but I started after he began mistreating my nephew Myles immediately that woman Carina moved into this Pack house.

Oh yeah, Myles is my nephew. His late mother Anna who was brutally killed by Cedric's sword men was my first cousin but we had to keep it a secret. Luna Anna didn't want us to blow the cover and that's how it remained. It's as if she knew a time like this will come.

When Cedric started conspiring against his brother my in-law, I ran to my cousin to inform her and I'm return she told her husband who didn't believe a word of it.

He even called me and threatened to banish me of I dared spread rumours about his loving brother ever again. The trainings went on unnoticed and all efforts by Luna Anna and I to make Alpha Diego to believe us fell into deaf ears.

I could report everything as it happened to Anne since Cedric who had no idea who I was threatened me to join his army and I succumbed to his threats. However, all I wanted was to be among them so that I can be reporting everything to Luna Annette.

Our Luna cried daily, wondering why her husband never believed her words and even after using Alphas from neighbouring Packs to inform him, he thought it was a conspiracy to send his brother out of this pack!

Now see what his loving brother did to him! He killed him, his trusted Beta and his mate, Gamma and his mate, Luna, good guards, maids and other pack members. He was also determined to get rid of his only son, the heir to the Alpha throne, Myles Diego.

If only I knew he was planning to attack that night! I only... I'd have informed my cousin to escape early with her son since the Alpha wouldn't have believed me.

However, Cedric is not as dumb and I thought. He never told anyone about the attack, not even his trusted warrior Michael who used to be Luna's trusted guard.

It's only after he killed the Alpha and his cabinet when he alerted the rest, including me, that today was the night while bragging about driving his swords into Alpha Diego chest and I abruptly rushed to the Luna's bedroom to warn her.

She almost succeeded to escape but she sadly couldn't. She ended up dead by Michael's sword but I couldn't help but thank goddess for giving prince Myles the wisdom to run as far away from the pack as he could.

Now that I'm left here with the enemies who doesn't even have an idea that I'm the one who masterminded Myles' escape, I need to tread carefully since Cedric, Carina and Michael who's now his top warrior and also Beta are dangerous people and they won't blink when executing me.

They've killed a lot of innocent people, they've shed a lot of innocent blood for a mere reason like defying their trusted guards and I don't want to risk. I want to live here for as long as possible, get all the details about his ruthless ruling and leadership, be Myles' eyes, report everything to him and finally help him in overthrowing this wicked man after identifying his weak parts!

When Myles called to inform me that he was already with a human family and he had settled with them, I heaved a heavy sigh of relief. Knowing my cousin's son was safe somewhere with a loving family gave me enough satisfaction.

For sure, the moon goddess never fails. She promised to take care of Myles after I beseeched her and she has so far kept her promise. I hope she'll help him all through as promised till we fulfil the mission ahead.

Myles doesn't know that we're related and he keeps on wondering why I'm more than willing to help him in everything. I haven't told him about my future plans but I trust our goddess will help me when he's old enough!
