Jaemin and Sujin started to meet up more and have more deep talks, regular chats and lots of calls. They both realised their feeling for each other but they were too scared to voice anything.
Finally, it was Sujin's favorite day of the year, her birthday, her first as an idol too. Her dms were flooded with happy birthday texts, the instagram post on SM's page got over 1.5M likes while her own (on Aespa's account) got 3.4M likes.

Sujin smiled as she read theough all the sweet comments and they all made her heart melt, she saw a comment that she could swear was more that 1000 words but she read all of it and she almost cried from how sweet they are.
Suddenly, she gets a text from the one person that makes her heart jump, Jaemin. She could feel her heart beat speeding up but she didn't care, she just wants him.

The two met in his car and they drove together to the mall, not forgetting to wear covering clothes so that recognizing them becomes impossible.
"Alright, what do you want to do first?" He asks after giving his credit card a goodbye kiss.

"Hello, what can I get you?" She asked. "I want two Large Spicy McChicken, medium fries, two large cola and two kids meals with nuggets"
"Alright, take out or dine in?"
"Dine in"
"Alright, your order will be there shortly, please wait" she said and the sat at the very end of the place.
"Why did you get me food? I'm on a diet"
"It's my birthday, I do what I want, and you will eat it"
"God, and why everything large but a medium fries and a kids meal?! Are you a kid?"
"I want the toy, and medium fries plus the fries in the kids meal will together make a large one"

After their food arrived, they both ate together and in the kids meals, Sujin's toy was a little Hello Kitty figure while Jaemin's was a Paw Patrol figure. She looked so happy with her little toy figure and the sight was too cute for Jaemin not to sneakily take a picture of it.
"Wait put them together" Sujin placed the two figures and took a picture. She looked like an actual child that just got a gift and she was so excited and giggling, all that made Jaemin fall harder, his eyes displaying all of it.
"Wah they are kissing!" She giggled as she took a picture of the two figures that she accidentally pushed and gave them a kissing position.
"Eat up child"
"Sorry mom" she fake pouted and continued eating. And Jaemin sneakily took pictures of her here and there. "What the fuck?" He suddenly said which made Sujin's head snap up and look at him confused.
"What?"
"I could swear on my life I just saw Jeno and Jimin together"
"Jimin? BTS?"
"No dumbfuck, Yu Jimin" he said and Sujin's jaw dropped, she pulled out her phone and looked around until she found them and took a picture before sending it to Jimin with the caption 'dis u🤨' in english.
Jaemin and Sujin kept laughing as the confused couple holding hands that were looking around and they quickly exited McDonalds and left when Jimin started recognizing Sujin, so they weren't caught, thankfully.
"Jaemin! Look at that!" She exclaimed when she saw a shop that sells all sorts of cute stuff and she went inside, running towards a cute whale plushie and hugging it before taking two, blue and pink. She also took blue and pink whale muges and blue and pink juice cups with bears on it. She got so colourful, pastel hairclips and a metal gold claw clip with a flower on it.
"Here, we have matching plushies, mugs and cups!" She giggled before she opened the hairclips bag and took a blue one and put it in Jaemin's hair bfore she put two one in hers too, then taking pictures of them with the plushies and the clips too.
They then go to buy some clothes and buy some matching things too but mostly Seyeon having fun, Jaemin just followed her around and watched how she got happy and excited like a kids over small things only.
"Should we go home now? I should open a live plus celebrate with my family and the girls" she said as they left the coffee shop and went together to parking lot.
"And also, thank you for today, I really appreciate it and I hope I didn't spend too much"
"You're welcome, and I actually thought you would spend more, plus hey, it's your birthday, so it's fine. Happy birthday Jinnie"

They laughed and their eyes locked for a few seconds that felt like years to both of them, they were so in love but it was so scary.
