How old really are the characters?

That's a question I've had for years because the ages of at least most characters are never confirmed.

Leo is likely around 17 as of Love Island. Evidence of this is Ropo responding to Leo saying "in the summer of '85..." with "you'd have been like minus 15!"

Love Island is set in 2017, pretty much confirmed by Raven and Carly:
"I was the parkour champion of 2017"
"No you weren't, everyone knows the parkour championship is in October!"

Most other characters are around the same age, but some of them had already adopted children by that point, and in both the UK and Ireland, the minimum age to adopt is 21.

Iirc Scuba Steve's wiki page says he's 23, where was that confirmed?
