Power Desc.- Luci can create clouds of thick, black smoke all around him. He can use it to obstruct the view of his victims. It can also choke them if breathed in for too long

Personality Description -- > Lucifer is always hostile and aggressive. He'll start fights for no reason if he really wants to. He'll even act nice to strangers to trick them, before attacking them. He likes to torture creatures for fun
