Pack Roles
King/Queen- Male or female
Only 1
A dog chosen by the Tree Protector themselves. They can be literally any age. The Tree of Life also extends their life, so they can live for a LONG time
The Advisor: Male
Only 1; must be 25 moons or older
Gives advice to the King/Queen about how to lead
The Medicals: male/female
Can be up to 3
All of these dogs have healing powers. Even if they born without a healing power, the Tree will give them healing powers at 4 moons
The Normals: male/female
Can be up to 10; 10 moons old
The rest of the pack that hunts and fights. They are expected to follow the higher dogs.
Apprentices: male/female
Up to 3; 4-10 moons old
Young dogs that begin to be training at the bright age of 4 moons
Nursing Mothers: Female
Up to 2; must be 20 moons and have the acceptance of the Tree to have pups
Females that are expecting or nursing pups
Pups: the youngest in the pack
The Peasants: the lowest and most disrespected part of the pack. The Tree Protector claims that they're cursed and Unholy.

Basic Info:
The Pack was formed after Berkeley's mother had him at the Tree. His adopted mother didn't want him to be lonely, so, she allowed dogs to come.
Berkeley, the King, was chosen by the tree the moment he was born. He had something special about him. The protector is teaching him everything she knows.
They're a fairly small pack, that lives by very strict laws

The Laws:
All of these have been created by the current Tree Protector (Berkeley's "mother"). She's lied to Berkeley about these laws being around before his time
I. The King or Queen's word is LAW. To disobey it is to disobey the Great Ancestors.
II. The Normals must hunt and defend the pack at All costs. And I mean all.
III. Always show respect to the Tree. Before leaving or entering, give thanks to the Tree of Life fire offering us shelter.
IV. If a pup is born with any form of deformity, they're immediately below the rest of us.
V. If you're caught having pups without the word from the ancestors, you're punishment will be death, for disrespecting the ancestors.

Beliefs:
They believe that the only ancestors that can visit them are the past Tree Protectors. All of them being great, giant beasts.
They've been taught to believe that when you die, you either resurrect or your soul disappears.
Because of this, past ancestors of the dogs cannot visit them.
